If I could give zero stars specifically to this lady at the drive through window today I would; I went to the drive through and ordered two drinks upon arriving to the window the Cashier told me I complicated my order which was simply a medium ice Capp with whipped cream and grilled hazelnut syrup just on top of the drink and gave me the wrong drink. When I told her it was the wrong drink she argued and gave me the right drink but refused to give me my receipt and change to show proof of price difference and then claimed I owed her more than what I had given her to begin with. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE; especially on the holidays. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TIM HORTONS. You’ll be greeted with an attitude and the wrong items. Merry Christmas 🎄

I got an iced coffee and it tasted rancid, asked them to do it again...still rancid. So maybe make sure your milk hasn't gone bad. Also ordered a Club a la Tim but got a BLT instead :/

Long wait for such a disappointment.. I think they either use expired milk/cream for their ice cap or don’t clean their machines. I went there once.. had to throw out my Ice cap. Gave them another chance and went there this morning…. SAME PROBLEM. Something’s going on with their orders or their cleaning techniques but this is my second thrown ice cap. I rather do the extra kilometer to the Tim Hortons that’s also on curé labelleor the ones on saint-martin. I do not recommend this Timies at all!

I ask for a hot chocolate with whipped cream in it and there wasn’t any. Plus the hot chocolate tastes like it was made with water instead of milk

Absolutely disgusting experience. The staff at this Tim Hortons openly discriminated against me just because I spoke English. When I tried to add something to my order, the employee looked me in the face and said they wouldn’t do it because I was speaking English.
This is pure racism and completely unacceptable in Canada — a country with two official languages. If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, you don’t deserve to work in customer service.
I walked out and I’ll never return to this location again. Tim Hortons should be ashamed to have people like this representing their brand.

Could not have had a better time with my family eating and drinking peacefully until the cashier complained to his manager because i was trying to take a zoomed in picture of the promotions screen.
He started to ask us what my mother and I were doing to which we said we were taking a picture of the screen at the right moment to read what my dad had thought was a second roll up the rim to win promotion.
This guys kept insisting he didn’t want to be filmed which we kept telling him we weren’t filming him just trying to take a picture of the quick promotion add that kept popping up for 2 seconds every minute or so.
He pumped us tried calling the police then asked his manager to talk to us.
As a manager myself I get that it is important to protect the privacy of your staff and avoid harassing the customers whilst protecting that man s public private privacy. I don’t know why he got so jumpy I’m hoping he s not an illegal immigrant or something like that, but I found it very strange that for a second time in a month an Indian person would feel threatened by a person with disabilities trying to read a tv promotion.
Mind you I had to click my prosthetic eye more than once to show that I was legally blind and found it very disgusting that the manager and employee were not well trained in handling people with disabilities. No excuse or courtesy coffee or donut was offered for ruining a nice family meal and embarrassing us in front of many people.
Tim Hortons please train your staff and managers to handle things promptly but with respect. Our appetites were cut short and it felt disgusting to be pointed out for simply trying to use tools at my disposal and my mom s to read something. I should not have to tap on my porcelain prosthetic eye to then be shrugged off without a proper apology from the manager and staff member needlessly instigating what otherwise could have been a nice tim Hortons experience.
I have not been to this Tim Hortons in years since I saw those disgusting flies land on donuts. Since that day where I told an employee to throw the donuts out and instead he sold them to customers !!🤢🤮. I gave this tim Hortons a second chance today and was very very disappointed by the lack of empathy and shrug attitude displayed

Finally on of your tables near the window’s lights was flickering and could have caused my to loose my eyesigh temporarilyt!

Drive-thru is supposed to be open till 11pm.
I shown up at the Drive-thru order in my car...at 10:50pm....wait patiently for minutes....after minutes.....saying....hello....anyone there....
At 10:56 pm....out of frustration and zero service i drove off. A business that is OPEN ...should be OPEN and serve clients at the Drive-thru without any exception.
The store was completely closed up...not 1 soul of employee inside.....
Whoever was on shift that evening (Sep, 20,2025) should dealt with and reprimanded for this.
Not acceptable for a multi-million dollar corporation not respecting their operating hours.

Staff were nice but if I’m paying $10+ for a breakfast sandwich combo you couldn’t give me some mayo on my bagel? They wanted $1.15 extra for a spread of mayo.
