The worst tim Hortons that I ever visit. The supervisor and the other lady are very rude and rash talking with people.
I don’t want to visit this racist restaurant ever.

18/11/24 21:30 I was trying a new app I found for coupons and she saw it on the screen and confirmed it and she didn't serve me and started to mop the floor the lady with the curly hair if this was my tim hortons I would immediately fire her because it was so disrespectful attitude that puts you in a homeless position just because you used coupons

The staff has no clue what customer service is. An employee was so mean and rude to me. I live a one-minute walk from this Tim Hortons, but I always go to another location instead.

This is a tim hortons which is fast food so the bar was never high but instead of a bunch of girls sitting and talking and playing sweet it would be nice if u got my order right once in a while.90% of the times I come here the other person never listens to what I want and they always mess up my order its a waste of my money and my time completely.Change ur staff or be more strict idc.

Literally the worst service ever! I just wait 30 min in the car drive thru only 3 cars before me! I thought was out or staff or busy but when I got there I just saw them being lazy not busy at all. Even when I got to the screen she left me there waiting for 5 more minutes.
No receipt didn't even see the amount on the machine screen cuz she was lazy enough to not show it to me.
Ugghhh waste of time even the coffee was like water no taste all all

It's simple, I placed an order with them by mistake (mobile application) and they didn't want to reimburse me. Pure and simple theft. And the few times I went there, I saw flies flying near the windows. I strongly advise against it.
