I ordered a black coffee around 1:30 PM, but someone mistakenly took mine. The staff retrieved it from the other person, who had already opened and possibly sipped from it. When I asked for a new cup, she claimed no sip had been taken and only replaced the lid after refilling the same cup. This is both unprofessional and unhygienic. I will not return to this branch.

It's not great but ok. Depending who services you. There is a gentleman in the morning that is always in a great mood and happy to help. Love it. But there are other times, when he is not there, that the lady looks so mad to be working there. Very grumpy, when I see her, I walk out.

The state of this store has absolutely gone downhill in the past few months. I visit regularly in the morning after a walk or before doing groceries and every time in my last DOZEN visits my coffee order has been completely messed up. This morning when the batista grumpily called out my latte order I verified "with almond milk?" She said yes....then no and took it to remake it. She remade the autumn spice latte with almond milk and called it out again at which point I verified "autumn spice with almond milk?" Again She unconvincingly said yes...the drink was a sugar loaded vanilla latte that was unconsumable. I tossed it. Waste of my time and $$

I recently visited this Tim Horton and ordered an iced cappuccino. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The drink had a sour taste, which I suspect was due to the milk or cream being spoiled. It was so disgusting that I couldn't drink it and had to throw it away.

I was on my way and didn't have the opportunity to return and address the issue in person. This was the first time I've had such a bad coffee experience at Tim Hortons. I hope this was a one-time mistake, but it was enough to make me hesitant about returning.
