WORST Tim's around. I go to this one often. Barely any cream cheese in the bagel EVERY TIME, it's laughable. Jelly in the donut? One little drop. SUPER cheap and stingy.

I have been visiting the Tim Hortons on Boulevard Samson in Laval for over 10 years, and unfortunately the cleanliness has consistently been disappointing and never chenged anything ,The handicap-accessible door has not worked for years, and the entrance is often very dirty. The overall hygiene of the store is not up to standard, and it makes the experience uncomfortable. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness and accessibility of this location.
Stop sending the same copy paste reply for every one im not suppose to communicated with any one just do your work of cleaning and thats it

Ordered Tim matin blt bagel with all dressed bagel. I opened it at work to find another kind of bagel, no lettuce and no tomato.Only an egg and cheese and some low quality bacon.Horrible.

They have the worst service ever, I passed by today and I had my worst experience. The cashier who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. I was very polite I said “ Bonjour “ and I guess it’s something that this Tim Horton does not teach their employees anymore to greet a customer, I kept saying Bonjour 🙂, I said it 5 times and the cashier ( it was a woman ) she gave me a side eye 😒 without saying anything. I said merci at the end and got my order. My dear if you don’t know how to respect people and do your job properly then you should not be at that place. And this is not the first time taht it happens.
I had stopped going to Tim Hortons because of bad service. Recently I went to this one and had a special order I can't have the milk they have I need lactose free milk so I usually ask for a shot of espresso with mocha over ice and add my milk at home. The morning staff have been great (most of them) they make it as I ask and arr nice about it, usually I get staff that are rude and don't understand. So now this is my go to Tim's.
