The service was good, but the food quality was disappointing. My wrap and steak sandwich were poorly prepared there was even a moldy piece of lettuce, and the sandwich had only one slice of tomato with no sauce. For the price I paid, this was quite frustrating. I hope more care is taken in the future, especially when it comes to portioning and freshness.

Today I ordered chicken soup and coffee for dine in around 12pm it was good. Let me tell you about the girl who have taken my order at cash counter, she is an Indian with a beautiful smile and serves with great hospitality must visit timhortons I can say 👍

This coffee place is a great spot with very fast and professional service. Even though it is usually crowded, it’s actually nice to see so many people — it creates a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
The only thing that really needs attention is the restroom. It’s not very clean, and improving this would definitely give a much better overall impression. Aside from that, everything else is excellent, and I would still recommend this place for a quick and pleasant coffee break.

I wanted to share my experience with this location. I have been coming here for a little over 3 months and i am very satisfied with the service. This location has an amazing team. They are quick and efficient. They are extremely nice, respectful and understanding to my allergies. (Potasium) I highly recommend you stop by for a coffee and a treat!

Place has really poor service, like -5* level of service. They get the order wrong, you end up paying more than what you paid in the order and then they make no amends to offer you a refund. There are sooooo many choices out there, McDonald's, Krispy Kreme, Homer's Donuts, Bernie Beignes, Walmart, Costco, any UltraMart or grocery stores.

Extremely Racist Experience – Deeply Hurt and Disappointed
This is the most racist Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to — racist, disrespectful, and hurtful. I rarely ever use this word, but what happened here made me truly sad.
It’s not the first time I’ve faced this at this location. Last time, while standing in line, the cashier looked straight at me and still called the person behind me instead. And when the line was empty, she suddenly said, “Oh sorry, I didn’t see you.” I was standing right in front of her, making eye contact.
Today again, it happened. I had a mobile order, and the older lady working there was laughing and chatting nicely with the customer in front of me — but when it came to me, she just dropped the coffee on the counter and walked away without a word. Just because I wear a turban and have a beard, I was ignored like I didn’t exist.
This isn’t a one-time mistake. It’s clear discrimination. This is Canada, and this kind of behavior is shameful and unacceptable. I felt completely disrespected and deeply hurt.

I usually stop by this Tim Hortons at night, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The night shift employees take several minutes to respond at the drive-through and often seem intentionally rude, almost like they don’t want to work. I always order hot coffee, but it’s usually served lukewarm or cool, and I’ve had to reheat it at work. Unfortunately, there aren’t many other options nearby, otherwise I’d go elsewhere.

I mistakenly said that I ordered was mine when it wasn't, it was my first time ordering that food and I was the only person in the restaurant waiting for an order, (how could've I known that you're so incredibly uncompetitive that you mix in restaurant orders with the drive-thru orders???) an employee (woman, middle-aged) literally starts yelling at me in front of her manager and other customers, the manager did absolutely nothing, not even apologize to me or called her out. 10 seconds later that this woman approaches at the counter and literally throws my food at me. Worst experience at a Tim Horton's ever, nobody should buy anything from that place, don't waste your time.
