Waited to place my order for apex 5 mins…while they were finishing a conversation finally Ordered 2 Tim matins both served Cold and asked for double toasted and nope! No sausage they replaced it with bacon 🤦♀️ Very disappoint to not get what I ordered and paid for ☹️

I had a very bad experience at this Tim Hortons on 10/12/2024 around 9:50 p.m. An employee inappropriately asked us to leave a few minutes after my order (I was sitting quietly). I let her know that the display on Google said 24/24 and that on the door there was a display which said that it would be closed from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.... she got angry and spoke badly and violently tore the poster off. the door!!!! This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the expected service. I'm not going to come back there anymore

Very dirty place The bathrooms are very very dirty The dining room is not clean Saturday 2 p.m. there are 8 employers discussing their personal lives without serving customers. There's a lot missing from the menu that it doesn't either Very disappointing
