I wanted to share my experience with this location. I have been coming here for a little over 3 months and i am very satisfied with the service. This location has an amazing team. They are quick and efficient. They are extremely nice, respectful and understanding to my allergies. (Potasium) I highly recommend you stop by for a coffee and a treat!

Place has really poor service, like -5* level of service. They get the order wrong, you end up paying more than what you paid in the order and then they make no amends to offer you a refund. There are sooooo many choices out there, McDonald's, Krispy Kreme, Homer's Donuts, Bernie Beignes, Walmart, Costco, any UltraMart or grocery stores.

Extremely Racist Experience – Deeply Hurt and Disappointed
This is the most racist Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to — racist, disrespectful, and hurtful. I rarely ever use this word, but what happened here made me truly sad.
It’s not the first time I’ve faced this at this location. Last time, while standing in line, the cashier looked straight at me and still called the person behind me instead. And when the line was empty, she suddenly said, “Oh sorry, I didn’t see you.” I was standing right in front of her, making eye contact.
Today again, it happened. I had a mobile order, and the older lady working there was laughing and chatting nicely with the customer in front of me — but when it came to me, she just dropped the coffee on the counter and walked away without a word. Just because I wear a turban and have a beard, I was ignored like I didn’t exist.
This isn’t a one-time mistake. It’s clear discrimination. This is Canada, and this kind of behavior is shameful and unacceptable. I felt completely disrespected and deeply hurt.

I usually stop by this Tim Hortons at night, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The night shift employees take several minutes to respond at the drive-through and often seem intentionally rude, almost like they don’t want to work. I always order hot coffee, but it’s usually served lukewarm or cool, and I’ve had to reheat it at work. Unfortunately, there aren’t many other options nearby, otherwise I’d go elsewhere.

I mistakenly said that I ordered was mine when it wasn't, it was my first time ordering that food and I was the only person in the restaurant waiting for an order, (how could've I known that you're so incredibly uncompetitive that you mix in restaurant orders with the drive-thru orders???) an employee (woman, middle-aged) literally starts yelling at me in front of her manager and other customers, the manager did absolutely nothing, not even apologize to me or called her out. 10 seconds later that this woman approaches at the counter and literally throws my food at me. Worst experience at a Tim Horton's ever, nobody should buy anything from that place, don't waste your time.

I don’t even know where to begin. First off, the utter disrespect and lack of professionalism from certain employees at this Tim Hortons is just shameful. As a proud Canadian and Tim Hortons supporter for the last 43 years, I am disappointed to see how far this one has gone off the edge. Employees laugh in your face and food found in hair, horrible. I usually absolutely love the bagel BLT and don’t even get me started on the hot chocolate, I would’ve fought WW2 for that alone yet you couldn’t pay me to have that here. 0 stars.
If your closed, turn off the drive thru screen or physically baricade the drive thru entrance. Basic steps let customers know your closed.

This review is about the woman working at the drive-through service. When I placed my order, she asked me several times how I wanted my timatin prepared because she couldn’t hear me well. After she finally understood, she said on the speaker the word *“tja3er”*, which in Lebanese/Syrian culture is a very offensive word.
When I picked up my lunch, I told her that I understood what she said because I’m Lebanese. She replied that it wasn’t directed at me but I am quite sure it was. Regardless, even if it wasn’t for me, it is unacceptable for employees to use such disrespectful language in the workplace.
This kind of behavior shows a lack of professionalism and respect. I will never come back after this terrible and non-respectful service.

Generally speaking, the service is good the food also. I only have a little concern. I sometimes bien my toasts, but at Tim's it is rare that a sandwich, otter toasts arrêt not burned, the other day I bought a chicken sandwich and even the chicken was burned, I was quite displeased. So, I ate the food and disliked it very much, so much so, that I will not get anything from Tim's that needs to be toasted. I do love their IceCap...
