Very narrow drive through path. Service extremely slow. Was stuck in the drive through for over 20 mins, unable to leave because I was in between the cement blocks that guided to the window for the cashier. Not enough employees working at peek hours.

Worker on phone, they do not offer purchase receipts, I have to ask for it. Bathroom is so dirty, no toilet paper. Too many people but service is really awful.

Today, i came at 19:49 to order something to eat like sandwich or pizza. They said they’re closing but on Google Maps showing closing at 23h. I drove 8-9 min to this Tim Hortons.

Very quick and efficient. This place has improved a lot on services
2 or 3 times a week am passing by this time horton near my House, the stuff are very nice 1 morning i order coffee and about to pay then when i check my purse my wallet is not with me and so Mony and Rashe said its ok u can come back tomorrow morning or later thats very nice of them they kind know my face already though that must be why, so i took my coffee and run back home to get my wallet and went back to pay right away, thats Mony And Rashe very kind ladys

Am here to rate the service and the staff. Am person who don’t like Tim Hortons food as “Sandwiches and Pizza” in all the branches. I only take my hot or cold drink and snacks “Croissant, Bagel, Donut”. They are good here and the staff are friendly.
