This is best tim hortons ever, very fast service . I go there everyday for my coffee , the staff talks to me very politely, very friendly . Management and employees respect the customers well . I am very happy with their customer service .

I hate it when I write a bad review, but this is not the first time they messed up my order. Always something missing. Even if you go back they find a way to gaslight you. Not this time, i ordered 2 timatin 2 wrap matin 1 médium VF and 6 hash brown potatoes total 37.68. Got home to 1 wrap matin and I don’t have the energy to argue this time. So everyone should know.

I am disappointed with the service of the staff at this Tim Horton's restaurant
I went yesterday, 2/10/24, to Tim Horton, 5250 boul Arthur Sauve in Laval to buy a beef sandwich. The guy who works there told me, “I don’t have any bread for this sandwich.” I offered to change any other bread for me, that happens to us often. He replied that at this time I am not sure about selling sandwiches now????
It's still 7:20 p.m. it's weird plus he told me he doesn't have the people to prepare me a sandwich even with other bread??? But how can a Tim Horton restaurant not have staff for its staff??? how do they prepare other things!!!!! in short He didn't want to serve me period maybe my skin color didn't like it or something else and the boss or manager can check the cameras and the same guy the day before yesterday 1/10/24 I stopped by to buy a turkey sandwich. I asked him to add a little mayonnaise. He charged me 30 cents more.
Normally you have to hire responsible people, not kids who don't know how to communicate with customers and if these kids don't like other colors, they don't belong there.

I've never been inside, but Tim's is the best for drive thru!
When we come by in the morning, in 2 minutes we ordered, paid and received the order! There is never a mistake in the order, they always have what we want and the donuts are always well glazed (icing everywhere).

They don't have all the items as per Tim Hortons app menu. I ordered BELT and they weren't having tomatoes. One item was with sausage and they did charge me but they gave with bacon strips
