Slow service even with manager on site

1- they run out a regular croissants in DAY TIME….. how?!
2- i go to the drive through after my order was taken and they said they didnt recieve my order and the “manager” is telling the employee “what she came to the window without taking her order” when he very clearly took my order and told me to go the window. Trying to talk shit infront of my face when he clearly was in the wrong.
3- they dont take your order until the other car is gone from the window as they are timed.
4- they took my order at drive through for a coffee & bagel, gave my coffee told me to go park for the bagel…..??? Never came after 10 mins. I had to go inside.
These are 4 different occasions in the matter of 2 days.
The services at this tims is outrageous and the people working are ALL so rude. Its been since the new owners but now im fed up.
Lost me as a daily customer. Even twice a day sometimes. No more!!

They cheat with their price. A large iced cap is 4.93$, they charge me 5.10$ and it is not even full.
I used to go there everyday for the past 5 years. Now, I just go somewhere else.

I had a good experience at this Tim Hortons. Didn’t know the exact name of the item in french and with the few I could say they understand it and at the window the girl even teach me how to say it in french when I ask her(shout out to her even if I don’t know her name)

Terrible service at the drive through.

Liese there employe told me to advence to the window of the drive without taking my order. I told him many time that i wanted the bucket of 31 timbit that they had for halloween. I show him the bucket on the tim horton app and he told me that he dont do it and that not on the menu. When all the tim horton have them.

Worst customer service ever, if i could i would give no star. The employe Liese was on his phone and dint want to work. Fire Liese, he was impolite. He act like i was an idiot when he told me that this tim horton dont serve timbit.

I would like to say that this Tim Horton is the formula 1 of Tims in Quebec. I'm taking a detour to get to this Tim. The staff are extremely fast and they do their job perfectly. I read some reviews and I don't know what time you go but I do any time and any day! I have always had EXTREMELY fast and professional service. Thanks to the employees Good job guys! 🙂

Sunday 7:30 p.m. I taste like a donut. We stop at Tim Hortons of course and believe it or not!!! There were no donuts and no timbits. ??? Have you changed the concept??

The service really leaves something to be desired, I just want to go get a coffee and I have my son's game at the arena next door and I'm going to arrive late because their drive-thru service is really unreliable.

Not enough to use in my opinion like everyone else in 2024, then we will tell each other, when you ask for a large 2x2 pi that it has no sugar in it I mean coffee, cream and sugar. .. it's not building a house and waiting 20 minutes for a simple coffee without sugar. Well, it's not getting any better here, my opinion
