I would like to say that this Tim Horton is the formula 1 of Tims in Quebec. I'm taking a detour to get to this Tim. The staff are extremely fast and they do their job perfectly. I read some reviews and I don't know what time you go but I do any time and any day! I have always had EXTREMELY fast and professional service. Thanks to the employees Good job guys! 🙂
I come by every morning around 5:15am. Daniella always serves me with a beautiful big smile and is so kind and courteous! Employees like her are rare!
on the other hand.... oh my the service is excessively long... you should DEFINITELY put more employees in the morning with Daniella because she is alone and clearly does not provide.
Here, it takes 7 minutes to take my order and another 5 minutes to make an iced cappucico and there were 4 other cars...

The time I went there, when it opened, the staff had arrived but not yet ready, and I had to wait a bit to be served. Same as where I work (with public) we should be paid to start earlier, because it takes time to prepare the place, before we can work with clients. Staff are not paid for earlier and customers are often rushed in the morning.
