Fast service but... 2 mornings in a row that I go for the bagel dry, hard and cold I sincerely believe that he has them toasted before even placing an order.. I went to the drive-thru and there was no one in front of me on bagel had already arrived before I even finished paying and I already had my card in hand so it was super fast

2 stars to compromise between: the few really great and knowledgeable employees on the weekday morning who deserve 5 stars and 0 stars for everything else.
It's been at least 10 times that our orders have been completely messed up. We mentioned my boyfriend's intolerance to eggs and they put the same in the morning wrap. When there is no egg there is a lack of other ingredients or sauce. I either have cold, dry bread or completely burnt bread. There is often the equivalent of butter in cream cheese. The pastries are fresh 1 out of 4 times. It doesn't listen to what anyone says. There is always something missing and they have an extra attitude when we go back inside and point out their mistakes. Iced coffee mixes are made well 1 out of 6 times.
Really terrible management of this Timhorton. If you don't want to waste your money and eat food that's worth the price, only go there in the morning.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. My order was not correct and, moreover, the bagel I received was completely burnt. This is unacceptable for an establishment of this reputation. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the quality of service and products.

If you want to eat muffins that aren't fresh, this is your place! 🤢 I went 3 times to give several chances but honestly if you go early in the morning around 7 a.m., they will always give you yesterday's muffin, and honestly this morning my muffin was so dry that I suspected if it had been 2 days that was there. Same for bagels early in the morning are never fresh, they prepare a lot for the rush hour. Donuts 🍩 are fine, I liked eating something fresh.

Best Tim Hortons in town! The staff genuinely care about their customers. They even remembered my usual order after just a few visits. Exceptional service every time!
I absolutely love coming here! The team is so efficient and polite. The line moves quickly, and they never mess up my order. Their smiles and kindness make all the difference!

A more unpleasant experience is going to be difficult. The staff clearly don't want to be there... no friendliness, no effort. Employees are on their phones texting while serving customers. I don't advise.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru, THANKS to Joselande. It's been a long time since I received such impeccable service! From the start, Joselande took our order with remarkable kindness, repeating each item to make sure everything was correct. She then gave us the total order amount clearly. While checking out, she once again checked and repeated the amount, which shows her professionalism. All with a helpful and warm smile that really made the difference. Thank you, Joselande, for this pleasant moment!
However, the management of the wait in front of the Tim Hortons leaves something to be desired. We didn't wait this time but the previous times, yes. Seeing employees having to figure out who each order belongs to is frustrating, and it's even sadder in heavy rain. Better organization at this level would be really appreciated for them. Hoping that this practice will be resolved before winter!
