Fast service but... 2 mornings in a row that I go for the bagel dry, hard and cold I sincerely believe that he has them toasted before even placing an order.. I went to the drive-thru and there was no one in front of me on bagel had already arrived before I even finished paying and I already had my card in hand so it was super fast Not fresh at all

2 stars to compromise between: the few really great and knowledgeable employees on the weekday morning who deserve 5 stars and 0 stars for everything else. It's been at least 10 times that our orders have been completely messed up. We mentioned my boyfriend's intolerance to eggs and they put the same in the morning wrap. When there is no egg there is a lack of other ingredients or sauce. I either have cold, dry bread or completely burnt bread. There is often the equivalent of butter in cream cheese. The pastries are fresh 1 out of 4 times. It doesn't listen to what anyone says. There is always something missing and they have an extra attitude when we go back inside and point out their mistakes. Iced coffee mixes are made well 1 out of 6 times.
Really terrible management of this Timhorton. If you don't want to waste your money and eat food that's worth the price, only go there in the morning.
