This Tim Hortons is the closest one to my home but I am disappointed everytime I order from there. The employees always give me the same excuse that they are short staffed and that they don't hold most of the popular items. Is it because they are too lazy to serve anything else than a simple black coffee? I've been disappointed a few times and now I drive to the one on des Laurentides since I know they give a better service and usually holds everything.

Im really disappointed on how the cheese from the Jambon et Cheddar sandwich I ordered isnt real cheddar like the one I had in Mont Tremblant. Instead of being cheap, get better cheese.

Really disappointed with my visit today to the Tim Hortons drive-thru. Ordered a Tim's club, the bread was not fresh and there were only 3 slices of cold meat placed in the center of the sandwich☹️. For its part, the egg on English muffin was dried out and cold.

This morning, at 8 a.m., one of your colleagues refused to serve me because I was accompanied by a dog from the MIRA Foundation. My dog ​​is almost 13 months old, is clean and sociable, and FOR THE FIRST TIME was refused in a restaurant despite the red scarf that marks her. The employee argued that it was not a guide dog and refused any form of discussion. A guide or assistance dog must be socialized for a year in order to be able to be trained for its work. Frequenting public transport, public places, professional environments and restaurants is part of the animal's education process. Would you please be kind enough to inform your staff that if everyone adopted the behavior of this employee, few guide dogs would be able to function in society. On behalf of the foster families of MIRA dogs who are insulted by this lack of empathy, thank you for your understanding.

Every single time I order from this place in Uber Eats they always screw up my order and they take forever to come. Some Tim Horton’s customer service like would call me while they are preparing my order and they are more lost than the people that at this location. I have no choice to order from this location since it’s the only one in the area. Not to mention that every time I go in person it seems like they have nothing left. Yesterday was the last time I’ll ever be a customer at this Tim Horton’s location.
