Absolutely disgusting and horrible, horrible coffee and service. They brew multiple shots of espresso at once and leave them sitting there until someone orders an espresso drink. They make your coffee undrinkable and half ass it when you ask them to redo it. When you order a LATTE, they give you foam and 5 shots of espresso at the bottom. Every time you order, they always make you wait at the backdoor which makes going at the drive thru completely useless. I really tried to give them a chance but this is actually the worst timmies ever and the tables are always dirty.

The staff are good & the manager is a great team leader & they serve well the food it is always good they are always prepare well I am always satisfied never upset!!!!nice food !!!

All the new people they hired in the past few months take 15 minutes to take an order and an extra 15 minutes to prepare an order ! I've never seen this in my 3+ years of coming here, service became so bad and the drinks don't taste good because the new staff don't follow any of the guidelines ! Something VERY obvious to notice to anyone who has worked at a Tim horton's before . The drinks don't taste or look good anymore and it sucks because this is my favorite location and my family have come here for years .

It is disappointing to see such poor quality control from a brand that used to pride itself on consistency. Something has changed over the last few months, the donuts are dry its like eating sandpaper. They taste old, nothing tastes fresh anymore. Service has also dropped but prices go up. Keep driving

Ever since the new owners have taken over there seems to be less filling in the donuts, and the icing seems to be watered down. This needs to be rectified.
One of the worst tim hortons I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. All the tables were dirty, the bathroom Hygiene conditions were even worse. It seems like they never clean their dining area. Not sure how they are okay with running their businesses in such a filthy conditions.
They messed up the order 3 times even though the place was not crowded at all.
We waited 10 minutes for 2 bagels in the car and both were burnt. On the other hand, the young man apologized for the wait.
