I always ask for dark roast coffee, but they keep giving me regular. If you ask for a receipt, they look at you as if you’re asking for a kidney—they just won’t give it to you. A secret shopper from RBI Corporation would not be impressed with their politeness. Even when you ask for “napkins,” in either French or English, they don’t seem to understand. If working there makes you so miserable, maybe it’s time to look for another job

Waited so long for my mobile order only to get my order wrong. I tried to give them the chance to make it right but they said they’re out of ice.
And the person preparing the sandwiches are not wearing any gloves or washing their hands after.

Professionalism is a big myth here
Honestly, don’t waste your time stopping at this branch… they probably won’t have what you want. Either the machine is faulty or they just don't want you to prepare the product. In addition, half of the employees do not know the products on the menu. Come to the Tim Hortons located a little further up in the Laurentians which has excellent service

Always closes around 10 a.m. or even a little before if no one is in the dining room. When it's not that, it's the atmosphere and the attitude of the employees that sucks, as if they didn't want to work, or as if they never had a complete menu, be having to persist with an employee who thinks that I am inventing the menu which is nevertheless right behind him. The food or coffee I received was 75% of the time due to be changed, one moment we get bored.
We're not going there anymore, it's over,
we prefer to go to st-martin or next to the al-amine butcher shop on deslaurentides...

It's been at least 6 months since we had to take a detour to go to another tim because this one doesn't offer Decaffeinated. We were told that the machine had to be imported from Germany so that's why it took so long. But… it’s ridiculous
They served a poulet wrap instead of veggie wrap. Three people in line heard it from customer but the cashier on the shift denies and didn't even come to say sorry or ask how to compensate after breaking a vegetarian person's belief who do not eat non veg in their religion. Did not respect the customer and didn't even care to recall and ask the order, very poor experience and lack of respect for other people's religion/belief. I'm never going back there ever again in my life.
Vegetarian options: If person says that they want veggie wrap, please repeat their order so as to not make mistake. And be empathetic.
I am vegetarian 1st of all and I clearly asked for the veg wrap and they gave me the chicken wrap instead nobody apologized for their mistake, the staff was very rude nor they changed the order neither return my money . REALLY BAD SERVICE
Will never go back there.
