The service is pitiful. The gray-haired gentleman with an accent is very arrogant and rude. I went there at 5:00 a.m. on a Wednesday morning and it's always this gentleman who is there.
Slow service.. I asked that she change the chocolate chip muffin for a chocolate one.. the manager replied, you touched it… it wasn't even a minute that I took it in my hand by hand without my daughter touching it. Poor customer service.

‼️🚨If I could give 0 stars that would be the case. After several months of not having been there because the elderly man employed him at night, he was very arrogant!! Not only with employers but customers too! Monday I went there and my French vanilla tasted like water it can happen it doesn't matter the woman told me to come back and that he would give me another one until everything is fine, today 'today Wednesday morning I go to Tim, anxiety it's the gentleman. (You never know if he's going to be in a good mood) every morning for over 2 years every morning! We simply take sausage with bacon because of allergy to eggs, today they put the egg up to the ok an error it can, I call it's him who answers he blames me that there still has problems with us. PARDON ?! I'm not in the kitchen, I don't make mistakes. That’s it, I’m no longer going to this Tim Hortons. Until this guy retires or finds a job that matches his values which are not with customer service!!!! 🚨‼️

Je commande un BLT ( bacon laitue tomate ) je reçois un ti matin oeuf fromage . La caissière le redonne à la fille qui fait les sandwich . Cette dernière s'estine que c'est le bon et fini par constater son erreur . Elle ajoute salade et tomate au sandwich.....j'ai souhaiter une bonne journée à la caissière sympathique mais j'ai tout laisser sur le comptoir.

Another garbage Tim's, not a single white worker, and it takes 20 minutes to get a wrap and wedges. What an embarrassment of a place. What happened to our proud canadian coffee shop.

Very dirty place, the employees are arrogant, they give you the impression that you are bothering them but find the time to chat and laugh with each other even though they are paid to serve the customer, never again this tim!

Hello, I just ordered a fall cappochino, a wrap and an m&m cookie. I don't know how many times a week I come at least 2-3 times to Tim, whether it's him or someone else, but usually it includes whipped cream and orange topping. Every time I come here you always have to ask for it, they aren't capable of doing it themselves and when you tell them it looks bad at you as if you had said something wrong when it's their job to make a cappochino as it should. Secondly, the wrap was honestly really soft that when I took a bite it all fell on the wrapper. Third, the service is very long.

I went to this Tim's drive-thru today, October 2, 2024 around 7:45 p.m. I am asked for my order so I mention that I want 2 coffees and 2 muffins to start and the girl taking my order seems like she doesn't want to be there based on the tone of her voice. I later asked for an “ordinary” flying fox and she replied, a flying fox what? I answer an iced dogfish and she responds with an attitude, SIR, I have honey, chocolate or maple dogfish. So I say honey flying fox. I arrive at the window and no hello and don't look at me at all (I don't exist for her) and hold up the interac giving the total of the transaction. I pay and receive the 2 coffees without any interaction and then give me the bags with muffins and donuts as if she threw them away like I was nothing. She closes the window and I notice she made a mistake and forgot to put a muffin. I knocked on the window and she said what? so I tell her a muffin is missing and she replies with attitude once again, you ordered 1. So I say no I ordered and said 2, she replies you said 1 and you paid for 1. I had my sister and my mother and they mentioned that I had indeed said 2. So I told him, I will pay the second but I also gave him the message that when you work in customer service, there is a way of talking to people and contact is important, because I have worked in this industry for a long time. I won't go back to this Tim again. Please give him the feedback.
