I give it a 1-star rating because I can't give it any less. I don't know if they changed the staff a few months ago or what the reason is, but this Tim's is not the same as it used to be. I've been there several times thinking that they're going to serve me something of quality, but all I get is terrible coffee and poorly made food, and the staff's attitude is awful. I'd rather drive further but go somewhere where my money is worth it and they serve me food like at a real Tim Hortons. I'm disappointed because I just ordered a coffee and it's just syrup that tastes like sugar. I won't spend any more money at that branch; I'd rather go somewhere else.

The service is pitiful. The gray-haired gentleman with an accent is very arrogant and rude. I went there at 5:00 a.m. on a Wednesday morning and it's always this gentleman who is there.

Slow service.. I asked that she change the chocolate chip muffin for a chocolate one.. the manager replied, you touched it… it wasn't even a minute that I took it in my hand by hand without my daughter touching it. Poor customer service.
