It's been 5 years since I went to this tim and I decided to go there today to taste the dream donut and have a latte and it's the first time I'm disgusted... I would really really like to know what these really disgusting things are in the bottom of my latte...

Every time I buy an iced cappuccino here, there are holes in the cup. It creates a mess in my car and the workers do not apologize or care when I tell them.

Small place, so it's not suitable for large groups, but I'm regular for takeouts and coffee, and they usually know my order by heart, and cashiers are really nice to me.Wheelchair accessibility: All on the ground floor, no stairs and ♿️ automatic doors.
Very good customer service, very well done food and well, nothing to say. The only problem I could say is in the morning at the checkout sometimes the service is very long they can place 5 cars at the drive-thru order before being served at a checkout.

Correct service, but the social between employees leaves something to be desired. It seems to me that the customer has priority when waiting to place an order!! Avoid chatting by making us wait.

6:00 a.m. today I come to this Tim Hortons for the 2nd time in my life and I am served by a black woman with short dyed white hair, I immediately recognize her by her stupid look.I kindly ask him to put all my items in a box of 6. (NOTE: In ALL other Tim Hortons I frequent in Quebec, I NEVER have problems with this request)The box makes transport easier, prevents the icing from sticking like when packing in a bag and allows the cashier to save time instead of wrapping all the items individually.Get ready for an incredible read!1) I tell her that I'm going to take 1 chocolatine, she tells me that she doesn't have a box of 6, so she takes out a box of Timbit. I looked at her confused.2) I tell him afterwards that I will take donuts as they come, I always order several donuts, but depending on the kinds available at the moment my final number may vary. She asks me how much I will take, I tell her that there is no problem and that I will pay the whole thing regardless of the amount.3) Seeing that I had reached my 5th donut, she told me that she was finally going to take a box of 6. To my surprise, I replied: ''You told me that you didn't have a box So why did you lie to me? She explains to me that her manager must load the boxes if there are less than 6 donuts. I answer him: Ok, but from the outset I told you that I was taking several items.4) Instead of just saying, "Sorry for the misunderstanding, no problem", she tries to give me a lesson on how to order, I jokingly ask her Latina colleague her opinion on how she would interpret the makes me ask for a box of 6. His much more perceptive colleague confirms that it's probably because I was going to order several donuts and NOT just a chocolatine.Once again instead of admitting her fault, she says, "I don't care what she thinks. - 1st red cardI tell her that perhaps she should take advice from her colleague instead of insulting her.5) She starts getting on her high horse and yelling at everyone, including her teammates. Another North African colleague wearing glasses tells her to calm down repeatedly, but she ignores the warnings.- 2nd red cardShe even threatens to call the police, I tell her to do it and that I will happily wait, seeing that she continues to insult me without calling the police. I did it myself. While waiting for the police she kept saying that the store belonged to her and that she does what she wants, I told her that she was going to learn a lesson in respect today. Probably she thought I was afraid of the police or that I was going to run away. Please note that she still refused to give me her name so that I could make my official complaint to Tim Hortons. When the police arrived, she started shouting at them, it was so serious that the police had to raise their voice several times to ask her to calm down.6) The manager Hamza arrived afterwards and took the time to listen to me and give me instructions on how to proceed with the complaint. To finish, I would still like to congratulate the 2 teammates who had enough common sense to realize that their colleague was not acting correctly, the manager for being able to listen and especially the police officers for their understanding and patience. Please be advised that a formal complaint will be filed today with a police report number for his aggressive, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. These types of employees have no place in restaurants or in customer service. Please, if you have employees who no longer enjoy their work, fire them or at the bare minimum discipline them to improve their approach.
