Worst experience ever. Tim Hortons currently has a promotion on their protein lattes. I went through the drive-thru and ordered one. They charged me for the latte, then asked me to pull up to the front. I waited about five minutes until someone finally came out—without any professionalism—just to tell me they were out of the protein lattes. I said that was fine and asked for a regular latte instead. Another 10 minutes went by, and I still hadn’t received anything. I went back to the drive-thru window to ask what was going on. That’s when I witnessed three employees literally passing the blame to each other. One said, “I didn’t do it.” Another replied, “Oh well, I didn’t do it either.” Then the third chimed in with, “Don’t look at me, I didn’t do it.” So apparently, no one made my drink. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes with zero accountability and terrible customer service. I do not recommend going there between 12 and 1 PM. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service during this time slot. Very disappointing.

4/5 star only because I ordered a specialty tea after it said in stock on the app & on 2 occasions they were out of stock. Service has been great aswell as the dine in experience.
If you want Tims I highly recommend stopping at this one if in the area as I never had any wait time.

Samedi matin vers 6h am une jeune dame s obstiné avec moi que j ai commander 6 cafés , quand j ai pris 2 cafés! Elle m'a rembourser 11$ je lui ai dit merci et bonne journée , en me redonnant les cafés,elle ne m'a même pas regarder et en lui disant merci et bonne journée, elle ne m'a pas répondu ni regarder , elle a parler avec une collègue!!!

Very small quantity compared to the price, my bowl was almost quickly, these people are too stingy, I am always disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons, I think I will never go there again
