Can't hear the clerk though the speaker outside, then we got the wrong spread for our bagel, then we found eggshell in the egg wrap, all around bad service.

Samedi matin vers 6h am une jeune dame s obstiné avec moi que j ai commander 6 cafés , quand j ai pris 2 cafés! Elle m'a rembourser 11$ je lui ai dit merci et bonne journée , en me redonnant les cafés,elle ne m'a même pas regarder et en lui disant merci et bonne journée, elle ne m'a pas répondu ni regarder , elle a parler avec une collègue!!!

They take about 3-5 minutes per customer at the drive-thru. I waited 22 minutes when there were 5 customers in front of me. Arriving at the drive-thru, I see 4 employees laughing and having fun but none of them are working.

Where are all the ladies who worked at this place it was nicer and in the space of a few months all the staff changed and it's not for the better, I don't understand how everyone can leave or be fired in just as little time, maybe management is the problem
