Hello, so… unfortunately, I did not have good service this morning. September 28, 2024. I ordered a grill cheese with bacon and 1 Blt (change the bacon for sausage) when I received my order, my grill cheese had no bacon, and the blt had no sausage. I went to see the staff and a gentleman (I imagine the manager he had a red sweater) told me that he had no problem. When he gives me my order again, the blt instead of sausage has moyo… I go back to see him and he takes the sandwich with his hands (without gloves) and shouts at me: MADAM YOU CANNOT COME BACK TWICE… . So I ask him to make me the sandwich again from 0 but…

After 5 minutes he gives me the same sandwich again that everyone touched without gloves… (I know it was the same because the paper was not in good condition and it had mayo) and with plastic inside… it was command 239.

I noticed he was very rude to other workers too….

Please do something about this situation.

The food is always good, but I had to wait over 30 mins just for 2 bowls. Other orders were served like wraps and sandwiches before we got ours even tho we waited longer. When I went and told them after 15 minutes, they were lost and just entirely clueless. When i finally got my order, it turned out to be wrong even tho I specifically told them and showed them the receipt of my order. If you want a donut or a drink, it’s fast but for other items, it just takes way too long.

I just took a maple Boston with absolutely no cream inside, once the complaint was made the lady at the cash register told me it wasn't me who prepared the Boston and it was even more unpleasant!

I ordered a Cinnamon Raisin bagel My bagel was not fresh was hard as a rock, I came to the office I called the owner answered me. I am a loyal customer who went every morning, I ordered at least $20 dollars, he replied to me telling me that it was up to me to check my order before leaving the premises for a Bagle which cost two dollars and he lost a loyal customer at this Tim Hortons, now I go there once in a while the service is not good. The girls are smiling but the owners have work to do.!!!
