November 12, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. The service was acceptable but the coffee was not drinkable..I honestly threw it away after 2 sips without entering into discussion with the people serving..The "benches" are torn, unclean and in very poor condition! Really unacceptable for a Tim Horton's! Damage! The place is well located but I won't go back there. MAKE an effort Invest a few dollars in your place.

Quand tu achètes une boite de 20 timbits au service au volant, que tu paye 5$ et rendu a la maison tu te rend compte qu'il y en a 35 dans la boite. J'avais l'impression d'etre traité comme l'ami du gars au service au volant. J'ai jamais vu ca dans un fast food. Bravo Mohammed et quand je dit mohammed c'est parce que je ne connais pas son nom !👌 😂

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention some concerning behavior I experienced during my recent visit.
While ordering coffee, I noticed that some employees were quite rude to both me and other customers. At the drive-thru, one staff member responded to a customer’s greeting with an unprofessional tone, and in the kitchen, I overheard two employees using vulgar language. When I received my coffee, it was handed to me rather dismissively.
I believe that training in professional conduct could greatly enhance the customer experience at your establishment. Thank you for considering this feedback.
