I've been to a lot of different Tims Hortons, and even during every rush hour, this is the fastest drive-thru experience in Laval. Big fan of the Iced Cappuccino and quick breakfast/ lunch options!

Went to Tim Hortons this morning and ordered my husband a bagel with egg sausage blt. I ordered an extra egg paid 1.70$ extra for it.. this sandwich is so sad. They gave me half a second egg and the lettuce looked like it’s been outside for days. How could the lettuce be that ruined and old at 8:00am? Not to mention that the service is horrible and slow. They hired a bunch of kids that don’t give you service as a client. For a big chain what poor service and food quality.
Avoid this Tim if you can.. they will give you COLD with smile on their Face.. out of all the other Tim’s in Laval.. this is by far the Worst in customer service…

BEWARE !! You probably wont get what you ordered. How the hell do you mess up an order as simple as a bagel with cream cheese ???? That thing was old AF fist of all and aslo why would you put butter on my bagel when i never asked you to ?? That thing ended on the side of the highway. Hope the pigeons like it but my guess is they wont.
Donuts are too old, and coffee is not hot
