Every time I order from here for delivery they make my order wrong and it’s very frustrating and the wait time for customer service can be long… they make it hard to enjoy what I’m eating…

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons all my life due to proximity unfortunately. In the last 3 years it has been unbearable, throwing the food at you in the drive through, never saying the totals, not respecting what you ordered, attitude, this lady yelling to get the ordered. I know when I go it’s going to be a disappointment, a safety hasard or fuel to ruin my morning because of how rude and disrespectful the service is. I can’t wait for one to open between souvenir and stdo. The attitude is ridiculous. Nobody has the time or energy to ever tell the workers anything so they get away with murder

I went to Tim Hortons recently and really enjoyed it. The place was clean and felt welcoming. My coffee tasted just like I expected warm and comforting and the food was fresh and good. The staff were very friendly and polite. Even though it was busy, they served quickly and with a smile. Overall, it was a nice, clean place with good food and great service.
Unbelievable, everyday I take iced latte and the taste is not the same , everything do it in different procedures and I complaint millions time but without any action , there is manager or owner who cares for the shop or no ?

I need to be physically stopped from going to this Tim's because I'm here at least once a week. The atmosphere is nice, the food is always amazing, the service is pretty quick. I usually just have to wait a few minutes to get my order, even when it's busy.
