This is the first time this has happened to us... how sad it is to have felt discriminated against by the cashier. My husband drives the car and he doesn't speak French well, so I'm the one who places the order and when we got to the checkout the lady scolded us and said it was the driver who should speak, we explained to him, telling him that he doesn't speak French well and that he doesn't speak English and he got even more angry saying that it wasn't his problem and that the one who had to speak was the one who was driving... how sad it is to have a person working on site for a company that welcomes all types of people and from all over the world. 😕😡😠

3 Tims in Fabreville, and the 3 places, if you want to cut your teeth after 8 p.m., you will be served, the donuts are made dry and if you are lucky, maybe they have at least 1 donut of your kind favorite, the rest, are in the past, poorly received, they often make mistakes in our orders, they all have Lent faces, for more than a year, I have been going to Tim, on Labelle in St-Rose, always fresh donuts, but I must say that on Sunday evenings they can run out of donuts, excellent service...

Wow! A whole fiery team this morning, November 5! Fast, smiling, warm!!! It's been a while since I've seen this in a drive-thru! Well done !
This location used to be my favourite but in the last few months the evening staff is pathetic in many ways. I was there 3 weeks ago and ordered their pizza which was on promo 2 for $12 I asked the clerk upon ordering to please ensure that there is enough pizza sauce as there have been two times the pizza had very little sauce. They give me the pizza and again hardly any sauce so I asked him why he didn’t put extra sauce and the reply I got……..the pizza is on promo and if you don’t like it don’t come back go somewhere else. I was so disgusted with their food and customer service so I decided to complain to their head office. Oh well they don’t care. All they wrote back is they have requested that the manager or owner of this location gets back to me it’s been 2 weeks no one ever contacted me. Very pathetic service and the food in general not great and getting worst.
