this very impolite worker was not on the counter for 15 minutes, we had to order our steak burger online. then when we payed he came by, told us there was no chicken or beef, tried to give us a refund for 20 minutes, failed and told us we had to come by next morning for a refund in a very impolite manner. In addition, he did not even try to compensate us with any of the little products left. His name is Carlos, i don’t know if that’s his real name since he has no nametag. Here is a photo of him
( HIS NAME IS CARLOS by the way) I ordered the 'supreme' on the screen because there was no one at the counter for over 15 min and when he finally came out, he told us there was no meat left. We told him we wanted a refund and he took 20 min to try to do it then he told us it doesn't work, so he said to come back tomorrow morning and we told him we can't come back and he said too bad. The worker didn't even try Much so he was very impolite with us during our whole conversation.

This is the first time this has happened to us... how sad it is to have felt discriminated against by the cashier. My husband drives the car and he doesn't speak French well, so I'm the one who places the order and when we got to the checkout the lady scolded us and said it was the driver who should speak, we explained to him, telling him that he doesn't speak French well and that he doesn't speak English and he got even more angry saying that it wasn't his problem and that the one who had to speak was the one who was driving... how sad it is to have a person working on site for a company that welcomes all types of people and from all over the world. 😕😡😠

3 Tims in Fabreville, and the 3 places, if you want to cut your teeth after 8 p.m., you will be served, the donuts are made dry and if you are lucky, maybe they have at least 1 donut of your kind favorite, the rest, are in the past, poorly received, they often make mistakes in our orders, they all have Lent faces, for more than a year, I have been going to Tim, on Labelle in St-Rose, always fresh donuts, but I must say that on Sunday evenings they can run out of donuts, excellent service...
