Employee Jamila is very rude to clients she always has an attitude with younger customers such as students never greets customers always rolling eyes and not wanting to do her job. She gets annoyed for the smallest things such as scanning the Tim Hortons app. I ask nicely for a bag for my sandwich and she did not want to give it to me and then gave me the bag rudely refusing to put the sandwich in it so I had to do it myself then proceeded to rush me in the drive through when this could have been prevented if she had done it herself. Did not even take 10 seconds for me to put in a bag and she screaming and knocking the window rushing me to drive off. No customer service, no manners, no respect. This lady should not be working with clients if she has an attitude like this. I don’t understand why it’s hard to be polite to customers who ask for things nicely. Very disappointed, need better staff.

Stop by for a coffee and muffin. I don't speak French, the young man behind the counter spoke perfect English.

Tasty food and very good customer service. They made a mistake in my order and gladfully corrected their mistake without making and angry face (which is very common). Would recommend. Also the place was clean and organized.

I have gone all week to this tim Hortons and I am loosing 800 points for a medium ice cap when I told her it used my points so why am I getting medium free then I'm buying a large ice cap after you go with it the lady is arguing with me saying it's free because of ur offer we used I have right in front of us it says minus 800 points. Anyways whatever u know then I go back the next morning try explaining to somebody but there not English enough to understand me.. like I work on the public I understand how it is I always do something to make the client happy especially if there was a problem like this I would give it free so they would be happy and come back... I'm not some annoying person, doing this for fun...and now I go get my cold coffee ask for no ice cuz I add it to my creamy ice cappuccino protéine powder
I guess I'm never trying that again the taste of coffee is burnt like from bottom of the barrel or something it's gross..been i will try again tommorow..

40 minutes pour avoir un caf et un muffin!!!

I got there at 9:30, they didn’t have the croissant breakfast. They weren’t out, they simply chose not to make them. The “box of scrambled eggs” was full of potatoes and contained almost no scrambled eggs.

Just gave one star to make a review.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. My boyfriend and I waited over 15 minutes for our order (a chicken wrap, croissant with bacon & egg, and a hash brown)

When the sandwich maker finally called out “croissant ,hashbrown,” my boyfriend politely raised his hand and said “me.” She looked right at him and said “no,” then tried to give our food to the man behind us. When we explained we were still waiting for our order, she waved a muffin bag and told him he already got his food—which was completely wrong. We were waiting for our sandwiches. We were not just standing there for fun!

When we asked to speak to the manager, instead of listening, he immediately blamed me (the girlfriend), saying I was the one “raising my voice,” all I said was she was wrong. I hadn’t even spoken before that.. The sandwich maker then came back out and started yelling at us, calling us rude and disrespectful—just because we raised a hand to claim the order we’d already been waiting on, an order we already paid for !

To make matters worse, the manager told us that if we weren’t happy, we should just go somewhere else. He said why are you yelling at me.? I was flabbergasted because we wanted to explain and then he came up with some stories saying, yes, but customers usually take food that doesn't belong to them. When again we were waiting there for fifteen minutes. When you say croissant, and it's the item I paid for then.Yes my bf raised his hand. We don't raise our hand for the food that we did not pay for I don't know . IT was absolutely disrespectful , THINKING WE WERE THERE TO STEAL FOOD!

Completely unacceptable—especially since we had paid, waited over 15 minutes, and watched everyone else get their food before us. No customer should ever be told “no” when trying to collect what they ordered.

It’s clear the manager was only protecting his worker instead of the customers. I will also be calling head office about this situation, because this kind of treatment is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. If this is how customers are treated, I truly hope others follow his advice and go somewhere else. I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT THERE'S A LOT OF TIM HORTONS AROUND HERE, SO I HOPE YOU GUYS GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

So glad I don't live in the city of Laval!

They asked everyone at store to leave because they have to close the dining area at 5pm. Not a nice way.

this very impolite worker was not on the counter for 15 minutes, we had to order our steak burger online. then when we payed he came by, told us there was no chicken or beef, tried to give us a refund for 20 minutes, failed and told us we had to come by next morning for a refund in a very impolite manner. In addition, he did not even try to compensate us with any of the little products left. His name is Carlos, i don’t know if that’s his real name since he has no nametag. Here is a photo of him

Andy

( HIS NAME IS CARLOS by the way) I ordered the 'supreme' on the screen because there was no one at the counter for over 15 min and when he finally came out, he told us there was no meat left. We told him we wanted a refund and he took 20 min to try to do it then he told us it doesn't work, so he said to come back tomorrow morning and we told him we can't come back and he said too bad. The worker didn't even try Much so he was very impolite with us during our whole conversation.
