So rude employee , could not a afforded a tray or rap paper to eat on it on my table , really a shame for timhortons

I ordered a honey glazed donut, it was overloaded with sugar, I ate a little and left the rest. I also ordered a strong black coffee, it was too light for my taste, I left that too.

I asked for three trios..2 to eat in the place and 1 to bring home. First..the cashier asked if there were enough fries..the kitchen answered non..after that they said,: Yes..but only for two..when I said..OK.. so.its only a sandwich ..the cashier began confused and I didn't understood what she ask me for? Because she doesn't understand and express well in French..other girl came fro. The kitchen shouting me other things no related to the moment..the cashier repeated the order and understood I didn't wanted the 2 first trios,?? She charged me more for 3 sandwiches 2 fries ..no drinks. A disaster,!! When I asked for the drinks I thought included..the 2 girls shouted together at Me !! So me and my husband took the sandwiches and went home!!
When I thought the horrible moment has PASSED..I found that inside my sandwich..instead of grill chicken.in pieces
They has put chicken salad..it seemed from a can.
I don't recognize Tim Hortons more!! People with no skills, no manners , even they don't speak well French or English..

I would have liked to give a zero, I often pick up a croissant with butter and honey to toast on the panini, never had a problem, today I am told that we will not put the honey in the croissant because it It is UNSAFE to open honey!! This is a first for me! And when I try to understand why and how people shout at me on the microphone, do you want it or not!! Zero professionalism!!
This is the first time this has happened to us... how sad it is to have felt discriminated against by the cashier. My husband drives the car and he doesn't speak French well, so I'm the one who places the order and when we got to the checkout the lady scolded us and said it was the driver who should speak, we explained to him, telling him that he doesn't speak French well and that he doesn't speak English and he got even more angry saying that it wasn't his problem and that the one who had to speak was the one who was driving... how sad it is to have a person working on site for a company that welcomes all types of people and from all over the world.

Lack of respect, professionalism and communication, the worst service I have had in my entire life. They are soaked in calculating the invoice in addition to a lack in the order, a certain SHAINA who thinks she is a rude manager, no respect for customers she raises her voice, not listening to understand the situation and also asks me not to come back, total lack of respect towards the customers plus she opens the order and touches it with her but without gloves - she does not know how to correct the order in question.
The staff who took the order in training, they don't know how to take orders, it's so bad. This is their second mistake in 2 weeks... we were regular customers, I ask the owner of Tim Hortons Dagenais/ Curé Labelle to take a closer look... lousy team

There is a great lack of cleanliness and hygiene in this place. The toilets are dirty and the employee passes his sweep between the legs of our table when we eat even if there is nothing on the floor without paying attention to our request to stop sweeping. The employees lack politeness, more particularly a tall blonde employee who took the part of her colleague to encourage him. We are going to eat at the restaurant so as not to be sent messages.

The employee should instead clean his toilets which smell like urine. I do not recommend this Tim Horton to all consumers for this great lack of cleanliness.

if i could give a zero I would….I had gone to this Tim Hortons drive through and ordered a croissant with Nutella and cold coffee and mentioned I wanted extra ice in my coffee and a warmed up croissant..all was confirmed and once i got to the window I noticed i had no extra ice and croissant was cold. I returned the croissant and told the lady I wanted it warm and I didn’t have extra ice. She proceeded to add ice and with attitude took my croissant and put it in the microwave and when she returned told me they don’t warm croissants and that she won’t be warming it the next time. As I proceeded to speak to tell her that I will not be back so their won’t be a next time she closed the window in my face while I was speaking. If I wasn’t late for work I would have gone in and made a scene!! Who treats their customers like this??? The owner should be ashamed to have employees like that and should seriouly reevaluate the quality of staff they have working for them! The lady in question was Philipino and not young. I am disgusted by this tim Hortons and honestly that woman should be fired. If if Thanks to her myself and many other people I know who go their will not be going back. Pure unprofessionalism and quite frankly if she’s not able to have respect for customers and speak to them properly then maybe she should go work in an office hidden away like a rat. I will be making a formal complaint to head office.

Their espresso machine has been broken for the past two months. Slow service and food isn’t fresh. Tim’s has gone to crap since it’s been sold to Americans.
