I go here almost every morning service is fast the employees are on point and courteous.

They always get my order wrong no matter how many time I repeat it ( this has happened at least 4x now which is why I decided to write a review this time )
Service is bad they’re talking to eachother and ignoring clients … atmosphere is bad you can tell the employees don’t want to be there
Ps : while I was waiting for them to get me my correct order I saw other 3 customers come back with their sandwiches cause they got theirs wrong too ..

Asked for a ice cap she replied café glacé I assumed it was the same when I got it I said no that’s not what I want she laughed and said well that’s what i charged you so asked her to change it she refused!! Never going back there!! Complete dummies no customer satisfaction there!!!
So rude employee , could not a afforded a tray or rap paper to eat on it on my table , really a shame for timhortons

I ordered a honey glazed donut, it was overloaded with sugar, I ate a little and left the rest. I also ordered a strong black coffee, it was too light for my taste, I left that too.
