I ordered a honey glazed donut, it was overloaded with sugar, I ate a little and left the rest. I also ordered a strong black coffee, it was too light for my taste, I left that too.
I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had an exceptional experience, thanks to your outstanding employees. They were incredibly nice and respectful, making my visit truly pleasant. My friends and I go there every morning around 11:30 AM, and the employees consistently provide excellent service. Their warm demeanor and professional attitude do not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and I wanted to make sure they receive the recognition...
During the day the service is adequate and friendly but unfortunetly by the evening the service becomes almost "non-chalant". I feel like if you don't have any more chicken for exemple, you just say it instead of making me chose multiple items and say "we don't have that".
