We ordered 4 pumpkin spice ice coffees and they were horrible!!! The syrup was frozen and clumped at the bottom of the coffee and wouldn’t mix with the coffee no matter how much you stirred it. Very disappointed! Will go to Starbucks next time where they know how to make specialty coffees.
On a better note their pumpkin spice donut was good.

Tim Hortons serves amazing food with impeccable customer service. The staff, including the Lebanese workers and the curly-haired girl, are competent and nice. They provide excellent service, remembering orders by heart. Although the restaurant may face staffing issues, the employees remain respectful and try their best to handle customers and orders. Overall, Tim Hortons is highly recommended for its great food and outstanding customer service.
