Horrible. Saturday 7am Waited 17 min for the car ahead to receive a sandwich and no awknowledgment when we arrived at the window for a coffee. The employee decided it was the best time to prepare a batch of coffee. We just left.

Coffee served cold, she couldn't scan my phone so she wouldn't offer me my free coffee with points! Past by twice that that day once in the morning at 11amno chilly again at 5 still no chilly but why tell the first time its only served in the evening when you weren't even planning to serve it at all!!

This is easily one of the worst Tims in the Montreal area. It’s always young people who aren’t familiar with the menu. It takes forever to get your food. I’ve gone inside, only for them to tell me I have to go through the drive thru. I understand you have to wait for food to be fresh, but to wait 10mins and then get cold potatoes is pretty wild. I golf around the corner from here and try to avoid at all costs
