I’ve been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons for a long time, and it’s always a good place for a quick coffee. The coffee is consistent, and the service is usually fast, even during busy hours. I especially enjoy the lattes and the breakfast sandwiches. It’s a comfortable spot whether I’m grabbing something on the go or sitting down to study. Overall, very good
For sure will come again and again
🙏 Thank you

I’m a regular at this Tim’s since it opened. When it did open I had a bad attitude guy at the drive through. Never saw him again.
Today I stopped by to get a sesame bagel with butter. I stressed the fact I want it bien grillé. When the girl gave me the wrapped bagel I took the time to look at it. Well it wasn’t well grilled. So I handed it back to her and she yelled at me saying it is bien grille. Twice. If we do it again it will be burnt! What?!!!!!! You yelled at me? Are you kidding me? She gave it to the person to grill it once more. The teller came back, opened the window, practically threw the bagel at me, didn’t look at me, just closed the window and that’s it. Like really? Who hires these losers? I spent almost three dollars for a bagel with butter and got yelled at and disrespected. I never take the time to write these situations but this time it flabbergasted me!

I was there in the morning on the 22nd of December. One of the woman staffs was really rude. She threw my order to me and gave me an attitude face. Maybe because don’t speak French. She called my ordered in French, I assumed that it was mine. They also just left my coffee on the counter, I also had to assume that it was mine.
Edit: Just wanted to add that the wraps were nicely made.

Sexist owner who won't let me go to the bathroom and kicks me out of his store for no good reason. It's 2024, gendered private toilets no longer exist... I would have liked to order, but I'm being kicked out...

We went to supper tonight. The adv board said chicken noodle soup. Employee said « even if it’s on the board, we never have any at this time »
Ordered an irresistible roast beef and irresistible chicken.
Both bread on both sandwiches are hard and tough to eat. Chicken is tasteless and overcooked and roast beef is almost non existent.
There was no Glacé au chocolat even tough it’s their most popular one. One employee went into the kitchen and brought one back. I figured it would be freshly made. It was hard and old.
The ice tea was delicious because they didn’t make it. Not the 1 st time the food sucks there!
Also the only 2 employees there were speaking super loud amongst us, the male seemed to be swearing. A male customer came to the counter and gave them a middle finger.
Avoid this TH if you can!

While my review may be just one of many, I believe it’s important to highlight this incident in the hope that it leads to more recognition for hardworking employees. During a recent drive-thru visit, I noticed the manager, who was cleaning the asphalt, stop his task to squeeze between my car and the window, only to loudly reprimand the staff for what he felt were delays in order times. The emotional toll this took on the employee was clear, and I felt compelled to offer her some encouragement to keep doing her best despite the situation.
Here are my suggestions to improve the work environment:
1. Managers should address performance issues privately, away from customers.
2. Constructive feedback should be delivered without demoralizing language.
3. Motivating employees through positive reinforcement and incentives will yield better results than discipline alone.
