I went to Tim’s drive-thru, and the server was extremely rude. I told her, “You’re not in a good mood today…” She replied, “If you’re not happy, you can go somewhere else.”
I eventually found out her name: Habibbi.

Went into the drive through and my girlfriend ordered for the two of us and the lady asked if she was dying and had no energy then when my girlfriend asked for a French vanilla she asked if she wanted a shot of espresso and laughed. I don’t know where they’re getting these employees from but that’s not acceptable or funny. As we got to the window 2 of the employees were laughing as they gave us our food

Upsetting service today. It wasn’t busy. I ordered 2 hashbrowns. The cashier made me pay. As I was waiting she called me to let me know that they were out of hashbrowns. That didn’t bother me; I asked her if I would be reimbursed, to which she hesitated before asking a colleague, and then said yes.
I ordered a bagel instead. She prepared it and expected me to take it and leave. I had to remind her about being paid the difference in price.
She looked at me and said the price of the bagel was the same as the hashbrowns! This was clearly untrue. I disagreed with her. Only THEN did she turn to her colleague to ask for help- to reimburse me the difference, because the bagel was most definitely not the same price as the hashbrowns. As she completed the transaction, she didn’t say anything to me nor apologize.
The money isn’t an issue here, I was disappointed with the lack of integrity. It is perfectly okay not to know something. But I’d rather you make me wait and ask for help than to lie to me just to avoid dealing with a situation .

Good morning. I want to inform everyone who is going or wants to go to this Hortons here. other times the employees here steal my money giving me back a smaller amount. The first time, it was a little black guy with a beard, and I didn't tell him that, there were people there, I didn't want to cause trouble for three dollars. that he stole is a fact, because after avoiding contact with me in the service, where it was his turn to serve, he called another worker to serve him. there are other facts that speak in favor of what I write, I cannot write a book here now. now this guy has done it. I bought a coffee and the price was 3:45, I gave $20, he gave me back $11:55. then he started convincing me that he had returned it, almost saying I was lying. I would understand that if I was a homeless person dressed in rags and smelly. I have been coming to Hortons.jos for 2 years before Mikael Silva started working there. I pay by card everywhere and when I go to Hortons I look for an ATM to take money to leave them a surplus. so I create a problem for myself by carrying iron coins in my wallet because of them. you started hiring trash. I still have a lot of bad things to write about the service and cleanliness, but I can't write much about it. I will never leave them money again. it was Friday November 29 between 10:15 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. recorded everything on the camera above. that's what this thief did. I took a picture of him mopping the floor
