Good morning. I want to inform everyone who is going or wants to go to this Hortons here. other times the employees here steal my money giving me back a smaller amount. The first time, it was a little black guy with a beard, and I didn't tell him that, there were people there, I didn't want to cause trouble for three dollars. that he stole is a fact, because after avoiding contact with me in the service, where it was his turn to serve, he called another worker to serve him. there are other facts that speak in favor of what I write, I cannot write a book here now. now this guy has done it. I bought a coffee and the price was 3:45, I gave $20, he gave me back $11:55. then he started convincing me that he had returned it, almost saying I was lying. I would understand that if I was a homeless person dressed in rags and smelly. I have been coming to Hortons.jos for 2 years before Mikael Silva started working there. I pay by card everywhere and when I go to Hortons I look for an ATM to take money to leave them a surplus. so I create a problem for myself by carrying iron coins in my wallet because of them. you started hiring trash. I still have a lot of bad things to write about the service and cleanliness, but I can't write much about it. I will never leave them money again. it was Friday November 29 between 10:15 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. recorded everything on the camera above. that's what this thief did. Every time I come this French women can’t try to understand what I’m trying to order. She sends me off to another colleague who also messed up my order. I asked for a plain bagel with butter she goes “oh lala je comprendre pas” and sent me off. They’re always rude here and the place is a mess

Worst service I've had at a Tim Hortons. 25 min wait for a sandwich. The employees treated us really badly, the cashier was arrogant, non-chalant and she spoke to us without respect. She made me wait 15 minutes more for a potato. When we got home he had music playing really loud and he was singing and dancing in Tim Hortons. It took 10 minutes before they came to see us so we could order.

After 25 years living here..I'm very surprised about the service..people with no idea of giving a good service..I felt like they were doing me a favor..a girl throwed me the chicken sandwich..I asked for a tray and she shouted to another girl to bring me one..I asked if that soup was my husband soup and the girl didnt answered During the time I was there...I
observed they were treating the clients without respect. It's sad how the Canadian spirit of respect is being lost..are these people being receiving Training?

Really I am disappointed with the service the employees they dare to insult and shout at the customers and to get a coffee you have to wait 10 minutes this is the last time I come to this tim despite I come every day and I see things and I pass but today it was a disaster the employee I placed the order twice with her and I repeat then she doesn't listen to me because she is with the mick with the drive customer and with me where at the same time she insults me (you are not well educated) and all the customers were frustrated because of this employee in fact her name is Bella I advise you if you want to spend the morning and spend your day zen well not on this tim the dsl the property but you must select what you recruit Thank you and I'm not going to let it happen because I was insulted and treated badly in front of everyone
