Usually I have good, cheerful employees who serve me, but this girl was super stupid from the start. I simply tell her that I don't want crispy onion in my irresistible beef and she says to me "there's no onion already".. I was like you don't know your menu? in any case, I receive my order with her stupid service and I see that there are tomatoes and lettuce in my sandwich (it's not supposed to be there) faque yeah she really doesn't know her menu lol

I recommend improving your customer service workers, the lady at the counter has a bad attitude from the beginning of the day. Very long service. Missing items. They told us AFTER we had paid for the sandwiches that there was no bread so we had to wait to them to bake the bread. They told us 5 minutes wait, it took more than 10 minutes. The employee was hiding in the back, even the manager didn’t bother to come and explain the situation.

We stopped to have a coffee and some things to eat, go to the bathroom...terrible service, they were missing things, the bagel was very poorly made, not roasted with so much cream cheese that it had to be removed. The cleanliness of the place was very negligent, I do not understand why it was not inspected. It's up to you to judge by the photos. I will not return. I prefer to go a few more km to go to another one.
