This Tim Hortons runs on coffee, good vibes, and Stephanie’s sunshine energy! 🌞 She gave us the happiest, friendliest service ever. It was like being greeted by a caffeinated unicorn! 🦄☕️ Thanks for making our day brighter than the sprinkles on a donut! 🍩💕

I recommend improving your customer service workers, ordered sandwich and got it but was not hot , even not room temperature.I asked for fresh hot sandwich again
and they said yes,returned back in 20 seconds. Nothing was done, received as is. Coffee was also not fresh.

Absolutely disgraceful. We came from Ontario and ordered three basic items somehow got slapped with a $50 bill. Are you out of your mind? That kind of pricing is beyond a joke. In Ontario or literally anywhere else, this wouldn’t even come close to that price.
This location is a complete scam. It’s run by greedy thieves who think they can take advantage of people who don’t know better. Nothing but con artists running this place.
I wouldn’t step foot in here again if it was the last Tim Hortons on Earth. I’ll gladly drive 10 minutes further just to avoid giving a single cent to this rip-off operation.
Stay far away unless you enjoy getting blatantly robbed.

Not only was Matab extremely professional, but she was also really friendly and attentive, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Worst tim ever. Very long service. 1 person does the checkout at the front and the checkout at the drive-thru. 20 min for an order that is supposed to take 3 min.

Missing items, complete lack of care for the food made. Coffee tasted like it had been made many hours ago, burnt. Also rude service. Find new staff these guys don’t care. Would rather sit on their phones.
Usually I have good, cheerful employees who serve me, but this girl was super stupid from the start. I simply tell her that I don't want crispy onion in my irresistible beef and she says to me "there's no onion already".. I was like you don't know your menu? in any case, I receive my order with her stupid service and I see that there are tomatoes and lettuce in my sandwich (it's not supposed to be there) faque yeah she really doesn't know her menu lol

I recommend improving your customer service workers, the lady at the counter has a bad attitude from the beginning of the day. It does not help diners to have a good experience in their visit to the Tim Hortons, I am not returning to this cafe🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 The woman did not want to give me her name👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
