Every Sunday morning I visit Tim's extremely early at 6h50am. I am welcomed with a wonderful energy and fantastic smile by Sophie and her sidekick ( I don't know her name). These 2 start my day in such a positive way it carries with me to my job. Bravo girls.

Every morning on my way to work, I get coffee and donuts from here. I eat them in the car. I went there this morning too. Their service is already very slow. Then this morning their coffee machine broke. Tim Hortons, such a big brand, doesn't have a coffee machine. Meanwhile, my work time is running out. I'm leaving without getting coffee even after paying for it. I didn't even eat the donut. I threw it in the garbage.

I went today to this Tim Hortons around 5pm. I was served by a very nice young man in the name of Apraham. I hope I got his name right.
Very nice person , very cordial and got my order perfectly right.
It is rare that I have good things to say about Tim Hortons but today I was very pleased with the service I got. I hope the boss reads this and encourages his employees to keep on giving good service.

Never open at 5:00 a.m. on weekends I always go between 5:55 a.m. and 6:10 a.m. and its never open entk no really poor drive-thru service on weekends

I visited this Tim Hortons recently, and despite seeing plenty of staff behind the counter, the service was incredibly slow. It’s confusing how such a well-staffed location can struggle with efficiency. To add to the inconvenience, the mobile order system has been down for a long time, which forces customers to wait in lengthy lines when this should have been a simple, quick process.

The cleanliness of the dining area was another major issue. Garbage bins were overflowing, and many tables were left dirty, making the place look neglected. It's clear that maintaining a clean environment isn't a priority, even though it should be basic practice for any food establishment. Worse still, I observed staff members drop coffee cups on the ground and then place them back on the counter as if nothing happened, which is a major hygiene concern.

I know Tim Hortons will likely respond with the usual copy-paste reply like they do on all one-star reviews, saying, "It's concerning to us. Please fill out this complaint form." Honestly, instead of repeating the same generic response, they need to take real action by improving management and training their staff properly. This location desperately needs change to live up to basic expectations.
