Nothing to complain about the morning service. The employees are smiling and very welcoming. However, in the evening, the establishment is supposed to close at 9 p.m. Why is it that when we enter at 8:30 p.m. we are told that it is closed and that no one will come and serve us? I find this frankly unacceptable and this is not the first time this has happened to me. So if you want my opinion, go there during the day, the service is excellent. As for going there in the evening, any other business will welcome you better than that 30 minutes before closing.

Really rude staff! One staff got my order wrong and refused to refund me my money :( I ordered a bowl of coriander and lime vegetable, but instead I got a small paninithe one who took my order miss typed my order on her screen.she then apologies for her mistake and was about the refund me my money, but the one who made my order rudely declined to give me the bowl that I paid for. She told i had to pay for another bowl or to leave with the sandwich that I didn’t even ask for !!!!The way she talked to me was very insulting . This was the last straw. If you expect to receive messed up orders, come to this place :)

Horrible service on March 15, 2024,Ordered from the car, music on their cell phone doesn't understand that they are told they are too busy singing and chatting instead of taking the right orders, cost $19 for two famous lemonade ice creams to finally give me a smootie ?Going back to school education is not for everyone ?

Just had a very disappointing drive-thru experience/customer service by 3 ladies.We ordered ice cap, French vanilla, chicken wrap, muffin and a donut before getting to the window.Once at the window, we asked if they could add 2 small pink lemonades, one large regular lemonade and 10 Tim bits to the order.We then paid andthe girl at the window gives us 3 regular lemonades, when we said we asked for pink lemonade, she said there was none with a smirk…feel like she should’ve told us that their were none when we asked for them originally.We still took them.Waited in front of the window for the rest of the order (the wrap, donut, muffin) and a different older lady opens the window and says to us :IF YOU WANT TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE YOU NEED TO GO BACK AROUNDand We explained that we literally were just waiting for the first part of our order !!She then got back in and another girl gave us the last items and we were starting to leave when she screamed : MR. CEST 16$!!So my boyfriend backed up and explained that he paid once and doesn’t understand why they didn’t include everything in the first payment.- I’ll tell you why, because all of those ladies were confused :/None of them apologized for any of the little mistakes that were made throughout the interaction.

The worst Tim Hortons I've ever seen...we order the wrong thing...we ask for something they don't have more...often the employees don't speak French...faulty interac machine...really a place to avoid

Unpleasant customer service experience: I requested a warmed croissant, but encountered rudeness from the staff. Initially, my request was denied, and when eventually fulfilled, it was accompanied by a disrespectful attitude, tarnishing my morning. I recommend avoiding this branch.

I would like to say that I have been a client of this specific Tim’s for 4 years now . As it is on the direct path to my office I go every morning for my same medium coffee and sometimes even again on my way home .They know me and it’s usually the same morning staff . Today I got to the order intercom and noticed i didn’t have my Wallet so I continue to the window and asked the same girl that has been there for years if I can bring it in the morning and she said sorry no.I was shocked ! frankly not to sound entitled but I know the service industry really well and it didn’t feel good to know that I’ve supported a particular business every single day and tipped the staff there every day and they couldn’t front a medium coffee to someone they clearly see every day . I would just like to say that I won’t be going back there again for my coffee and you can let the French window girl that karma saw the gesture she did not make today . Also side not she is very rude and mocks and insults regular clients as the leave the window .

Came in to get my coffee they closed the store 30 minutes before the time they should be closed atThe employee chilling inside and the customers waiting outside and they waifed it’s closedIt’s still 8:30 pm why the owner poet the they open till 9 pm ! Pretty sure the owner doesn’t know they close earlier than he expected
