I have been coming to this location for the past couple of weeks (5:45AM-5:50AM) because the bagels and coffee are usually fresh and made to my liking.. But this morning I decided to go through the drive through as it was raining. As I was eating my bagel, a fake nail fell out of the bag, whether it was in the napkin or in the bake it is still quite disgusting. 🤮 everything else was great up until this point… ew

The girl in the desk was so rude but me and my mom thought that maybe she was just having a mood, but then when they gave me the wrong order, and also my drink didn’t have whipped cream like I asked on the counter. I told the girl if that she could give me the right order and with whipped cream, and she rolled her eyes at me then she put a little bit of whipped cream, which was not enough, I’ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons and I know how much whipped cream I get and then when I told her if she could put a little bit more, so it could be like all the others she refused and started it ignoring me when I asked for her name or her manager, she said no, and then she gave me the middle finger

I’m a tim hortons fan. I have the points card. Ok, so this tim hortons gave me a bagel that was not fresh. Ya, probably someone before ordered it and never took it, so instead of keeping it for the team, it was given to me, pressed on the grill. It had butter when i didn’t want butter in it. The taste - disgusting. What kind of staff does that? Where’s the respect for loyal customers? It was a horrible experience. Never coming here again.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here for breakfast sandwiches at all. I’ve been a regular here for years, and in the last few months, I guess new staff doesn’t know how to clean the ovens properly because the sausages and breakfast potatoes taste like pure chemicals. I’m not the only one who’s had this problem. It’s a huge waste and it’s not cheap either. The coffees are great here. They know how to make lattes unlike most Tim Hortons, and their lunch menu is okay here. Beware of the breakfast at this location!

I came in the other day. I had ordered some breakfast and a coffee. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super quick and organized. Everyone was very respectful and friendly. I absolutely loved my stay. This was also the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to! Definitely a thumbs up from me!!!
We've been going to this tim for years The service has always been incredible as well as the food… since then we have changed their team… errors are multiplying… we are constantly missing something in our order…. The eggs in the wrap are cold and taste strange…. Their donuts are rock hard and so are their breakfast potatoes…. Hard bagel bread, uncooked muffin bread….. It's seriously tough in the kitchen. We are forced to go there because it is the closest but we think we will go 10 minutes longer and never return to this Tim Horton
