Layout makes it awkward when you wait for your order. You are in people's way... There were no potatoes left... and was informed only after paying. They offered a substitute, which made it ok

Update from my last post: I received a call following my last post from Tim Hortons Customer Service and was directed to a manager and was surprised that she offered to get compensated with a meal or donuts. I got a meal and coffee which was delicious. Thank you for the courtesy of taking care of your customers.
This place has alot of potential, I live nearby and would prefer to go to this location but I have been forced down to Laurentides location due to lack of items which I was looking for. Saturday mornings off I go to my René Laennec Tims…3 weeks in a row, the cheese croissant is like covered by burnt cheese!! It doesn’t even taste like cheese!!! If the owner or a super hero director could PLEASE pay attention to the food quality, tidiness of seating area, and a little better customer service, then this place would be full at all times!!! But please the CHEESE croissants problem needs to be fixed or take them off your menu!

Worst Tim Hortons. For so many reasons, the people working here now, are very very slow and don't seem to know what they're doing.They are more concerned about their conversation than serving their customers. The last 4 times I have been here, there is always a foul smell. A month ago I had to tell an employee that between the enterance doors it smelt like fecal matter... Again, today it smelled of rotting food. I walked right back out the door. They get the orders wrong constantly, and the coffee is almost never fresh and tastes burnt. As another comment here also mentioned, the donut racks are rarely full. To make matters worse, one time my mother and I had ordered coffees and paid. We stood waiting for them and after several minutes passed we realized we weren't getting our coffees. We asked The person who took our order, and he said we didn't give him the full amount. We knew he didn't count the change correctly. He refused to give us our coffee and argued with us until we proved him wrong. This Tim Hortons NEEDS new workers and management. Disappointing, but I will stop being a loyal customer.

Toilet, floor, door it’s so dirty you don’t even feel like eating. I visited the toilet and did not stay to eat.

Worst Tim Horton, either their iced cappucino machine doesn't work, asked for cold tiramusi coffee several times they didn't have, they said was on back order yet I went to another location and they had it, went a 2:30 afternoon they had no donuts, no tim bits their show case was all empty, very slow service and cleanliness remains to be desired. Tables, floors are dirty.

Several people in the time I was there, both before and after but the service is fast. The configuration from the entrance to the counter and the waiting area to collect your meal should be rethought because they are stacked against each other. The exit is problematic because those waiting block the path of those who want to exit. Was it an exceptional morning or is it always like this? Smiling and fast staff.
