Held a private event here on a Sunday and had the whole upstairs to ourselves. Everything was amazing from the attentive staff, the food and the advice given from Mina who helped me coordinate everything. Great portions. The hot and spicy chicken skewers was such a hit with guests

Towne380 has done it again! For the second year in a row, they’ve hosted our company’s summer celebration and managed to raise the bar even higher. From the flawless organization to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything was executed to perfection. The food, drinks, and entertainment were all top-notch, and the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of.

It’s rare to find a venue and staff that can combine professionalism with genuine hospitality so seamlessly, but Towne380 nails it every time. Thank you for making our summer celebrations such a highlight for the whole company! ✨

Shoutout to Alfonso for the great service

I want to start by saying that this restaurant offers the best service in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The staff and managers are extremely friendly and thoughtful — they consider every detail to please their customers. I was there for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday (Reggie), with a group reservation, and we were greeted in the best possible way. To my great surprise, the menu included a quote that commemorated the occasion perfectly. Alfonso was our waiter, and he went above and beyond — from serving us to taking our group photos.

Honestly, if you’re looking for a place to celebrate birthdays, weddings, baptisms, or any other special event, this is the place to do it in Laval! I will be coming back for future occasions! Thank you again!!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Our waiters were so warm, kind, and genuinely caring, greeting and leaving us with hugs and kisses on the cheek that made us feel right at home. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it meant so much to all of us 🥰

We were celebrating a surprise engagement for our dear friends, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make the night feel extra special, every detail, every interaction, was filled with care!!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-tier. You can feel the love in the atmosphere, a beautiful mix of elegance and heart!! Still reminiscing about this special and beautiful evening!!

The entire evening was unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Towne 380, for making such a special night even more magical!

I had a great first experience at Towne380. The service, food quality and flavour and ambiance were all exceptional. I would highly recommend.

We had a reservation for my mother's birthday, and Johnny our server provided such a good experience and service. Food was served on time and was absolutely delicious!

Towne380 is a hidden gem, the whole experience was first class. Gorgeous decor, impeccable service, fantastic vibe and phenomenal food.

We were warmly greeted by Shawn, the owner, and were taken care by a fanstastic team of servers. Service by Tom and Johnny was outstanding: professionnal, attentive and thoughtful. Its clear that the team takes alot of pride in maintaining the dining space to the highest standards.

A very beautiful and refined restaurant. The atmosphere was chic and cozy, making it perfect for a special night.

Each dish was cooked exactly how it ought to be: perfect seasoning, spot on cuisson and a presentation that reflects the elegance of the setting.The steak (crispy,tender, juicy and buttery) along with steakhouse classic sides (grilled asparagus, wild mushrooms, garlic potatoes)was to die for! The cheesecake was insanely delicious. Great cocktails menu and stellar selection of wine.

From beginning to the end, this was a top notch evening. If you haven't had the pleasure of enjoying dinner here yet, just go! A must visit for steak lovers.

We came here for Mother’s Day, and while the service was excellent, the overall dining experience didn’t quite match the level of other top steakhouses in Montreal.

Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different steak cuts and even plated the food for us when it arrived, which added a nice touch.

To start, we ordered the crab cake, lobster dumplings, Cesar salad and huîtres Rockefeller. The crab cake was unfortunately too salty, and while the other appetizers were fine, none were particularly memorable.

For mains, we had the 32 oz Kansas and 12 oz New York steaks. Both were fine but lacked the depth of flavor and tenderness you’d expect at this price point. The sides included sweet potatoes, lobster mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and mushrooms. They were rich and comforting, but nothing stood out.

The sauces (réduction de veau au porto and béarnaise à la truffe) were flavorful but didn’t elevate the steaks as much as we’d hoped.

Before dessert, our tablecloth had been stained with sauce from our plates, and the waiter kindly covered it with clean cloths, which was a thoughtful gesture. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake, “apple of my pie,” and the T360 cookie. They were good overall, though nothing we’d go back for. The chocolate cake, in particular, was disappointing. It was mushy and far from decadent.

The bill came to around $600, which felt steep for food that didn’t quite deliver. It was a pleasant evening with attentive service, but the food didn’t quite meet expectations for a special occasion.
