This could've gotten a 5 ? but since my experience wasn't totally great, I'll stick with the 4 ?. Went there over the weekend with my family and it started really bad, because for the first 10 minutes after we sat down, we weren't acknowledged at all, so much I was ready to leave!The issue was they were short staffed which is something I wish we were told as we were being led to our seats, just to set up our expectations! They could have told us that it'd take a few minutes before someone waits on us, but they chose not to disclose it until I told them how I felt, which was that I came here to eat and spend good time with my wife and kids, and not pose as mannequins!The manager and the only waitress on the floor weren't that understanding but the owner came to the rescue and was excellent, he made sure our concerns were acknowledged and he waited on us!So what started as a possible disaster ended up being a great time spent eating delicious breakfast! Tutti Frutti has a large selection of food to choose from and the place was neat and relaxing!Once again, a big thank you to the owner who was very courteous and friendly! ???

Terrible service. Our table was still dirty when we got sat. One of the meals we ordered didn’t come how it was supposed to(missing the hot sauce). Our server changed halfway through our meal and was extremely rude about tipping minimum 10$ even though that was more than recommended considering the poor service we received.

The waitress was so nice, it had an amazing vibe, and the food was amazing. I will definitely visit again. Such a good brunch joint.

The food took a while to arrive after the order, despite it not being very busy at the restaurant. My meal was missing an ingredient and the issue was handled poorly. The staff didn't check on us while we were eating. When it was time to pay, another waitress gave us our bill and demanded to be tipped generously, even though she didn't serve us at all.

I called to ask if you have delivery service without uber or door dash. The lady that answered the phone said that you did not offer the service but then mentioned uber and door dash do deliveries for you. Like I said, I just called to ask for this information. The lady that was on the phone answering me could have stopped there. She then told me I can come in and pick up my food myself. I found this insulting. If I am calling for delivery then it is because I can not present myself in person. This is why I gave you 2 stars. Did mot appreciate being told I can go and get it myself. This is a shame because I always go out for breakfast, but I will no longer be comming to this particular spot anymore.

Service is horrible, the lady with very short gray hair said "I'm not ready to take your order" when she came to our table to ask if we wanted drinks. Extremely rude, doesn't speak a word of english. We had to wait hours just for the lady to come and tell us that. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time.

I went on Saturday morning. The food wasn't what we expected the freshness wasn't there. But willing to return to see if they improve it.Thanks for responding my previous review that's why I gave a three star one more thing the guy that was there look like the owner can you be less strick on one of your waitresses.
