We will no longer be coming here. The lady manager is useless. She's always yellling on her phone in the back while the employee runs between preparing orders and taking in new orders. The manager doesn't even bother to look and see if the employee needs help with the clients. She too busy on her phone. The employee's name is Christina. I don't know what the place would do without her. Christina is very professional and is especially effective. She knows her job well and offers great customer service. We are presently sitting in the food court and the manager's private phone conversations taking place in the back of the restaurant can clearly be heard by all.

Gros malaise avec la caissière. Aucune hygiène. Elle se dirige vers la caisse pour prendre notre commande avec le doigt bien profond dans sa bouche. Elle dit: Pas grave, c'est pas moi qui est dans la cuisine et va se laver les mains. Au moins, elle a fait le geste.

The smoked meat sandwich was quite good but a portion of Hobbit hair in the cheeseberger the bread smelled old the meatball was from a lean time with a coleslaw which I believe was starting to ferment itself the fries good quality Poutine cheese cold and old the sauce lumpy and cooked several times too salty in short for $47 for 2 small pout 2 liqueur flat 1 smoked meat sandwich pi 1 Cheese I say to myself I don't know the Valentine de cure Labelle

Disgusting! Rubbery hot dog sauce so overcooked. Poutine whose sauce tasted like water, and they find way to dare cheap out on drink refills. You have nothing to offer on the quality side that allows you to reasonably justify this decision.And please, avoid the corporate copy-paste that you send as an answer! All these elements put together betray an obvious lack of passion!STAY AWAY!
