Very bad experience. The room was almost empty, but the service was non-existent. We asked for charcoal several times, the waiter forgot and was clearly not motivated. At midnight, no more cooking — incomprehensible for a place supposed to stay open late. Too much light, poor atmosphere. Only one server for the whole room, and no professionalism. Honestly, compared to other shishas, it's night and day. Just once and never again.
