Usually i have some pretty good things to say about this place but not this time i came to eat with my family he dint smile messed up our order he rolled his eyes and the bread was falling apart he dint smile once and even when we tried to encourage him he looked like he wanted to throw the food in our face but overall its usually good just not today the food overall was ok but there was just something off

Was served super old meat in my burgers, dry as rock bread. Everything heating lamp temperature, TONS of ice in my lemonade they filled up the glass with ice then filled the little space left with lemonade. No dressing for the salad, none of the instructions were followed for condiments, pecan and croutons missing from salad etc etc absolutely horrible service and experience.
The man at the drive thru also insisted I need to go inside to my pick up my order when u was in the drive thru and not dressed to go out in the cold.
This place has taken a nose dive from what it was. Never going again and neither should you.

Really clean restaurant, really professional staff. I was really impressed by how manager (?) remade our whole order because there was an item from our order that took a bit more time than the others, and he said it was sitting there for too long. Never seen that kind of professionalism in a fast food restaurant here.

We ordered 4 burgers amongst other things and everything is freezing cold.. the driver is supposed to have a delivery bag to keep the food warm otherwise you’re not supposed to hand them the food. 30 mins from when it was prepared to when it made it here and no insulated bag to keep warm ???? such bullshit.

Honestly, I would just want to say that they need more people to work in there and so many other problems associated with that.
1) The wait time is so long for a fast food chain.
2) The order that was received one item was okay the other was extremely bad had an awful smell and stale cold. Went back and requested for a change… they frowned at us and threw it in the bin and never got back to us for 15 mins. I was a visitor to Laval so disappointed at their customer service.
3) Everyone looked very tired and stressed.Not very much interested in helping …

August 18th 4:57pm the lady who took the order was super rude and yelled at us she should be fired immediately for yelling at us when it was our first time there, then when we asked to talk to her, we talked to her and she didn't even care when we explained that what she did was bad, she didn't even apologize and just said okay it’s absolutely disgusting

Great Wendy's. Probably the best around. The service was incredible. Veronica and her staff are doing a great job. Food was good. Frosty was melted abit but no worries. Condiments were not full. Ketchup and napkins. But the place was busy ...

For the second time now, while ordering Uber, this restaurant fails to send the drinks with the driver and I'm stuck waiting 3 to 10 business days to get my refund from Uber. I will not be returning to this location.

August 12th at 3:56pm the girl that was working drive through shame on you. You were incredibly rude to me and impolite. We did absolutely nothing to deserve your attitude and despite your rudeness we still spoke to you cordially. Food was also terrible but it might have been decent had i actually received good service. This job clearly doesn’t suit you and you might be better suited working at Karen’s diner with that attitude. I sincerely hope that you come back on a better day with a better attitude.

Service is very fast, you can also order through the app or on screens at the entrance to skip the line. They also have good promotions like the 99¢ frosty and their bathrooms are clean.
