Ordered a baconater with a potato. Baconator had 1 slice of bacon that was ripped in 2. Baked potato looked like it was stepped on. 20+mins to get our order in house when there were 2 people infront of us. Employee did not wash their hands once our entire visit when handling food and money.

Food was overall good, but I’m disappointed that the Wendy’s app works badly. When offers are scanned at the cash, they work 50% of the time. When I addressed it to the manager instead of giving me the offer, she apologized and said the app doesn’t always work and there’s nothing she can do about it. I understand that sometimes this can happen, but it’s not the first time I get that answer.
