There was a time when the majority of people went to Tim de lavaltrie and we had great service!However, the more the years have passed and the more the service has deteriorated for a less and less good service…It is very disappointing!We call to find out if they are open considering that it is listed closed on the internet and that we are leaving from Lanoraie. It's time for the Tim corporation to change stop putting new things on the menus like biebs, resse cookies etc start by opening inside and access to the toilet! Open at stable hours, stop blaming the lack of staff, 1 person on vacation and close? Drive-thru? 25 minutes to have a coffee! I simply find that like all Tim Horton's, the drive-thru and also the surrounding parking lot are always unclean.... I find that a shame. Coffee everywhere ... often full of their container and it does not have a good reputation. Even if it's the people who shouldn't do that anymore. The building of reason ensure the cleanliness of outdoor areas for nature too
