Right off the bat, all Tim Hortons start at 3 stars. Every time I go to one of their establishments I feel like I'm going to the casino. From time to time I will bet a two dollars hoping to win. Once he misses my coffee, once he succeeds. You never know what you're going to stumble upon.This Restaurant located on St-Paul Street will soon be part of my routine for almost 6 months. I had crappy service when I went there today, really. Being talked to stupidly by the cashier for a mistake on her part and one that she admitted to..not even an apology. Rather ordinary. Usually, despite the mistakes in my orders I don't make a big deal out of it. We all make mistakes and I get served with a smile or a little hello, but there it was the big sighs and quite simply because mq order was more complicated than a coffee or a donut...Very disappointed.

The customer service is disastrous, silly area, not even a smile. It makes you wonder if he likes coming to work. Especially since the wait is super long for a lunch. At least the food is good but would be better with more welcoming people ;)
