Visiting from South Florida, and i can tell the food here is so good, it was definitely delicious.
The server Guillaume has a great personality, very friendly and professional. Great Service and good job.

Not very satisfied with the service , we waited 1:30 for our meal , my husband never got his soupe ,it took the waitress at least 3 times before she brought me my drink. I will say that the young gentleman at the front counter was fantastic , he was able to accommodate our party of 7, so bravo to Miguel , but the waitress not to impressed, I know my husband was a little rough with her but she was not even able to bring us the invoice, she went to get Miguel.

We traveled through Quebec on our way to Novia Scotia and stopped here for food ,great food great prices,great service 😊

I can’t comment on the food — I never got the chance to try it. I sat at my table for 45 minutes and no one came to take my order. You might think it was because the place was packed, but it wasn’t. The restaurant was almost empty. Staff walked by multiple times, but no one stopped to serve me.

After nearly an hour of waiting, I just got up and left.

Waitress was great. I don't speak French and she was very patient and very helpful. Ordered steak and it was cooked perfectly.

December 31, 2024, Barbies Lévis, bar section, we were 4 people. Our waitress, Rose, smiling, very friendly, GREAT service, attentive, makes us good suggestions, attentive to our needs. We mentioned this to Jonathan, the manager, attentive to customers and his employees. He tells us about current promotions, gives us a promotional leaflet and shakes our hand as we leave. Impeccable service from the entire team. We have made at least 10 visits to this restaurant and we will definitely come back. Thank you Rose, Jonathan and the entire Barbies Lévis team!

I've been to Barbies in Lévis three times and each time I have the same bad experience. I had reserved for two people dirty dining section. We waited 15 minutes at the entrance despite that. The cause? This is because the hostess who welcomes us serves the drinks, cleans the tables and designates a table for us.

When we arrived, another waitress began to assign us a table. Once in the middle of the restaurant she asked us if we would mind having a table in the bar section. We refused since we had already made reservations for dirty dining. She then left us in the middle of the restaurant and told us she would come back. Some time later the hostess comes to us angry and asks us to return to reception (she probably thought we had intruded into the restaurant) but still, he has a way of asking people and sincerely, she had a bad attitude and a lack of high enthusiasm. Very far from their slogans "All that atmosphere" 😂

Finally, we ordered a starter to share between two and each a main course.
The two main courses arrived before our starter.

That being said, I think the girl at the entrance is the manager (the hostess) but maybe I'm wrong. This has no place in catering, or perhaps more in kitchens away from smiles.
Big lack of coordination, I had the impression that anyone was doing anything. Sometimes it was our server who brought us our things, sometimes the hostess and sometimes another server from another section.

Anyway, probably the last time I'll go there. (Levi's)

Extremely good service (Thanks to Isabelle and Jonathan!) Food was served within 10 minutes of ordering and it was excellent! I’ll most definitely go again when I visit Lévis again!

We had take out, it was good. Make sure you put your gravy in a separate bag.
