It was actually better than I thought it would be for a massive place with an equally massive menu that seemed a bit all over the place. It had Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares written all over it.
But they also had a small seasonal menu, so I ordered from that. The octopus starter was perfectly cooked, and the boudin hit all the right notes with the warm French Canadian spices that reminded me of home cooking by my grandmother and great aunts.
