Incredible meal here. Atmosphere and service were wonderful. Nice selection of cocktails and craft beer. We enjoyed foie gras appetizer and mains octopus and rabbit. Menu is tasteful and small. Highly recommend!
Impeccable service. Not very tender piece of meat and very small portion. For $40 I expect to have more than 7 small slices of meat, a few strips of carrots and 6 chopped potatoes... Too bad because the taste was there but phew it's clearly not worth the price. I don't think I'll go back there, I'll spend $150 elsewhere in the future. Sorry.
Une superbe découverte ! Le Bistro Évolution porte bien son nom : une cuisine raffinée, des produits frais et une carte qui évolue au fil des saisons. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, le service impeccable et l’équipe aux petits soins. Un lieu à ne pas manquer pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir !
