While traveling through Quebec we happened upon this delicious chain that is poutine focused and wow, what a surprise. We ate deeeelicious poutine, their award winning bacon chipotle poutine and it was sooo yummy. Anne-Marie was such a delight and offered for us to try one of their signature burgers and it was so fresh and yummy. Thank you for a great first impression. Good spot for a quick bite, but honestly a little overrated. I was craving hot dogs, but wow—they’re pricey. The poutine was good, but not the out-of-this-world experience they’re famous for. I was also surprised at how limited the menu felt to me.

Very angry, around 5 p.m. Sunday. I order meatloaf. When I got to my table I saw that there was ketchup, I didn't know that ketchup was in the recipe. I go to the counter and the very nice little waitress tells me, bring it back, we’ll change it. The manager comes out from behind cursing and saying in front of customers in front of me and behind me. Hey it's a loss for the restaurant, will you come back and ask for meatloaf, she now knows there's ketchup. Hey, I'm not a child, I'm 69 years old and I'm lucid, it's normal that I would ask for more. He continued to ramble in front of everyone: I didn't come to ask for charity, I had my money in my hands. LACK OF RESPECT. I TOLD HIM I HAVE MORE HONOR THAN YOU I’M PAYING HIM NEW. I return to my seat and I hear him rambling to his staff. If HASTON is not capable of losing $6.00 it is not strong. I won't be shy about talking to people about my humiliating experience that I went through.

We went there for dinner and we were very surprised. No errors in our orders (this is rare in fast food restaurants) and there was what was needed for a baby: high chair, bib and even a bayront with activities.
The food was good and fresh.
Kid-friendliness: Clean high chairs, bib and activity mat.
It looks like the poutine sauce has changed, it's not as good as before here and it's weird, exactly the same poutine with the same kind of sauce is better in some of the other Ashton's in Quebec ???

Had some take out from hear while passing through. The service was friendly, the food was decent and the prices were reasonable. Nothing outstanding one way or another.

Very disappointing
I have always liked Ashton but the last few times I have been there, I have noticed that the quality is decreasing and the costs are increasing.
I wanted to treat myself with a plate of roast beef, something I hadn't eaten for several years.
The meat was cold and looked more like ham than roast beef, it was not edible.
Extra poutine, very expensive for a few pieces of cheese…
Disappointing fries…
It wasn't what Ashton had accustomed us to
In short, I won't go back there again.

You can never go wrong with an Ashton. There are children's menus with food for everyone too. Well located and easily parked with a motorhome.
