rarement vu un service aussi lent... pratiquement 4 heures pour un souper....on s excuse..on s excuse..ça s en vient...nos commandes étaient pris,un couple est arrivé,ils ont mangé et sont reparti avant qu' on reçoivent nos assiettes... première et dernière fois...

Following an online order, I had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled time to finally receive my order. No compensation, no commercial gesture, just barely a sorry…
I was happy to have spent 5 dollars worth of tips…
Especially since Uber orders were on time
I hoped to be able to console myself with the elk hamburger. It was very tasteless, the meat was not seasoned, it almost made me sad to have killed an elk for that.
The only good thing was the setting, too bad I didn’t eat there…
Ps: I loved the concept of the stick planted crookedly (invisible because it is completely buried in the burger) which almost stuck in my tongue while crunching…

Our hotel was across the street, and we wanted a late lunch.
Decor is okay, it would have been "wow" in 2005, but you can tell it won't last, like the plastic chairs that feel like patio furniture.
Super friendly staff, service was impeccable - it was late afternoon so not busy.
We split a classic cheeseburger with bacon and fries with a homemade smokey ketchup. It was good, but I think the fries were leftovers from the lunch rush. But it was fine. Boreale beers on tap, with a few bottles from local breweries.
A bit pricey even for an upscale burger joint. One burger split in two, one cocktail and a pint of beer set us back almost 60$ with tax and tip. Yikes, but that's 2024.

Parking: Just park at the hotel, it's free. Street parking appears limited.

The food was excellent (I had the filet mignon poutine, delicious), the waiter was dynamic, smiling and gave very good advice, the place is classy inside, everything combined for a good dinner

J’ai été chercher une commande , rendu à maison je me rend compte qu’ils ont oublié de mettre les frites . L’erreur est humaine, sauf que quand j’appelle , on me dit que j’ai juste à faire l’aller-retour et que aucun dédommagement est possible . C’est inconcevable venant d’un resto . Donne au moins un dessert à rigueur . On appelle ça le service à la clientèle .

Reservation for a group of 10 people on Wednesday June 5. We waited for our dishes for over an hour, even though the restaurant was 3/4 empty. Many customers left before receiving their food. The problem was widespread and seemed to come from the kitchen. Very poor management and what's more, the waitress never came to see us during the 1+ hour wait...No explanation from her, no apology, nothing! We were each offered a 15% discount. In short, last time we go there with colleagues.
