Normandin is constant… i took the Paté a l’oie. On the menu the mashed potatoes and vegetables look plastic.. they were like the picture :). Paté ok.

The service was fantastic. She knew to serve us in english just by hearing us talk when we were walking in, gave us an english menu. We ordered spaghetti and pizza it was nothing super special about the spaghetti and pizza was decent, thin crust not super greasy. Was a little to thin for my liking but portions were fair for the price.

The food and our server were great!! My child is very busy and was told that she needs to stay in the booth, clearly the server doesn’t understand that toddlers are busy and are not capable of sitting for long time. That was very uncomfortable and will not be back. Definitely not a family friendly restaurant!

The waitress was rude this morning when we went for breakfast and I asked for an English menu with 3 people she gave us 1 menu. Food was cold and she didn't offer me hot water for my tea. I didn't leave her a tip because the way she was and she ask me twice if there was no tip. I felt discriminated because I couldn't speak French.

It was our first time in Levis, Quebec and we just needed some food after quite a long drive. The service was very accommodating and kind, the bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The food was quite good, as I had the 1/3lb Spicy Burger with fries and Cesar salad. Definitely would come back in the future!

My wife and I both had bowls. Mine was General Tao Poke Bowl. They contained an excellent variety of vegetables, including edamame beans, red peppers and guacamole. Tasty AND so nutritious. A welcome change from fast food restaurants.

COLD POUTINE! Not recommended for takeout! Ordered online at 7:10 pm. Arrived at 7:30 for pickup. Waited until 8:00 pm for my order which was supposed to be ready at 7:30. Food was COLD. Poutine was COLD. White rice served COLD with poke bowl. Was expecting noodles. Ordered a 3rd piece of fish for fish and chips, paid almost $5 extra for that. Did not receive 3rd piece of fish. Ordered beet salad which doesn’t even exist at the restaurant. Coming from Ontario, we were looking forward to the poutine experience. Very disappointing overall. Restaurant looked decent from the inside and, on a positive note, the staff were friendly. They offered to replace our meal with delivery but as we drove 5 hours to arrive at our hotel close by, and since our wait was already way longer than expected, we declined and ate — what we could — COLD. Two stars for service only.

We're glad we stopped here for a meal. It was our first time experience a Normandin and the only disappointing thing was that I had ordered a appetizer ceaser salad ($6.99) I even pointed to it. but got charged for a full size chicken caesar ($21.99). Food tasted good and it has a clean, nicely lit atmosphere.

The number of times we eat there and there are mistakes or the hamburger buns are rock hard and disintegrate I have no choice but to lower my rating, however when it s When it comes to delivery, everything is delicious and the delivery people are super courteous despite the fact that they sometimes forget the liquor… in restaurants it deserves a 3 and delivery a 4!
