Very disappointed in the customer service. We ordered items through mobile order to pick up. Many of the items ordered were not available at store. Service were very slow. Even medium size cups were not available at store.

Unbelievable customer service, food was delicious and the coffee was fresh. We recieved great, and friendly bilingual experience and I highly recommend this Tim Hortons

I know this tim Hortons has low ratings, but I need you to believe them. They grab the pastries with their fingers after handling the cash and register. Disgusting 🤮

They speak Spanish at the drive thru… About barely understandable English. No French-speaking employees but strongly insist that they speak English and insist on speaking in English... Speaking English in turn, I concluded that my English was excellent... Because theirs was around 40% 😅

Order a BLT sandwich on a bagel before noon. Realizing that it's dry like c.. because there's no mayo, ask the cashier if it's normal and being told that there is mayo in the dinner BLT but not in the lunch one and asking me $1.20 for a packet of mayo?!?... I'll let you make your own judgment but... it's slipping away?... what's going on in your heads as decision-makers? We wonder? plus there was no sugar in my coffee. Congratulations for the after-sales service!

Very bad, bad service. Poorly prepared employees do not know the ingredients in simple packaging. The place closes at 10 p.m. and at 7 p.m. the oven is closed. Phew I went there on October 28, 2024 in the morning at 9 a.m. people in the restaurant. The toilets are disgusting and the service is rotten. The lady has no smile and clearly doesn't feel like being there.

I tried the Too Good To Go service for the first time.
I was surprised not to receive any welcome or smile. The box was not ready and he put barely five products in it, all of which were inedible.
This application allows you to recover the day's unsold items at a low price. Example: here, for $5, we can get the equivalent of $15 or $20. But the very clear rules of Too Good To Go require that the products must be relatively fresh (of the day, remember) and edible. Not from the boot sole.

More than 20 minutes for a coffee 😬
It's been 3 times that I've had a disastrous experience at this Tim Horton, it's not normal to wait 30 minutes for a bagel when there are only 3 of us in line. In addition, the staff is incompetent and has no interest in their customers. There is no toilet paper in the bathrooms. There are many order errors and much more. The lady in front of me spilled her coffee because the person who served it to her had not closed it, no one came to help her pick up the puddle on the floor, she spent 10 minutes wiping the floor clean. using a simple napkin, is a mope too much to ask? If other Tim Hortons are capable of serving their customers well, so are you.
I waited 35 minutes at the drive-thru and when I arrived I was the 3rd in line... 35 minutes for 3 orders is exaggerated
