Hi, I ordered a meal from their website on Nov 26, 2022. It said delivery would be between 50 and 1 hour...After 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting, I call the restaurant to find out what's going on with my order and I was told to wait and that it shouldn't be long....10 minutes later I decided to call back and speak to a manager and I canceled my order and received a refund. The joke of all this is that they charged the full amount to my credit card!!! You're talking...
Benny is declining slowly since they moved to the newer location.I remember his old location, it was a delicatessen! When they moved here, it was super average.Please guys restructure your work and get back as before

I have ordered in person a few times and was very pleased about the cleanliness of the restaurant. The person taking my order always did it professionally and with a smile. I do not like big crowds so I often ordered online and had my meals delivered, the meal was always warm when delivered. I never once had any problems with ordering from this Benny’s and I have no complaints.
