My burger and my boyfriend's burger were ultra cold, not lukewarm, cold. Cold Poutine. Croquettes without sauce when we asked for sweet and sour...burger balls with a funny taste and super dry??‍♀️ that has never happened to me in an A&W, usually I have to wait because it's too much hot

Honestly, it must have been 2 years of misery in Magog. Opening hours that change, sometimes open sometimes not, drive-thru service always super long. Today I went there, ordering from the car... Excellent service. Très courtois. Il offre même un biscuit pour chien votre toutou est dans la voiture. Mon chien connait très bien le parcours sur service à l'auto.

Toujours le bon burger mais ça me lève un peu le coeur. Le cuisinier a monté mon burger avec ses mains n'est sans gants ni ustensile ! Est ce normal? Chez McDonald's ils ont tous des gants ! Il travaille face au client alors tout le monde a vu ses manoeuvres ! Dommage pour A&W!
