It’s worth the detour, even if it’s not a detour! Bagels and donuts are delicious and addictive. If I didn't live so far away I would only eat these bagels, Fairmont and St-Viateur can go and get dressed! WOW!!
Cold but sunny early morning. We stop at the Factory to stock up on bagles. Blues music, comforting coffee in bed and the best almond croissant of my life! In addition, what a welcome from François, more smiling and brighter than the sun! Don’t hesitate for a second to stop at the Factory. What happiness!!

Best bagels in Estrie. The desserts, quiches and pastries are delicious. And the pancakes...?You absolutely must stop after a day of skiing, hiking or spa in Estrie. This is definitely a detour for you.
