“What a great find! I stopped by Boulangerie Dora at 799 Rue Principale, Eastman, QC J0E 1P0. It's a very small bakery, but you can tell it's a real labor of love.

Despite its size, they pack in a huge selection, with everything from flaky croissants to exquisite cakes. The coffee is top-notch and smells incredible. They also have a really great patio where you can relax before a trip. The whole place is spotless, which is a big plus.

I have to give a special shout-out to the woman working the counter—she was absolutely amazing! 😊
