Chez Paul does what a canteen should do and it does it well. A simple menu executed according to the standards of a self-respecting potato shack. Wide choice of trios, diversity of poutine and fresh ingredients. Here, no brown or BBQ sauce, only poutine sauce.Otherwise, fast and courteous service.
