My recent lunch at Eggsquis in Magog left a mixed impression. The absence of a placemat and cream on the table added a disappointing nuance to the setting. However, the waitress, Marie-Claude, shone with her professionalism, bringing a positive touch to the experience.Culinarily, the well-seasoned potatoes made up for the exceptionally mediocre eggs, which were a bit dry and lukewarm. The bacon, although slightly dry, was balanced by the deliciousness of the ham and creton. The coffee, decent but without particular brilliance, completed this palette of flavors.Opting for the Special Expert plate, I navigated through a diversity of tastes, offering moments of satisfaction despite some irregularities. In short, the experience at Eggsquis in Magog was a web of nuances, where the positives and the flaws intertwined, creating a complex symphony of taste.
