On our way to Mont Orford, I couldn’t resist stopping at (Fabrique de Bagel café noir) for breakfast—there’s no forgetting the taste from our first visit to Magog. I adore this place for its variety of fresh bakery & local items (jams, érable, pie etc..)
We ordered a bagel with salmon and cream cheese, a poppy bagel with cheese, and hot chocolate. Naturally, I also bought a dozen of their freshly baked mixed bagels & 1/2 dozen of blueberry bagel....
