Absolutely the WORST Tim Hortons that I have ever been to! The first time I went I had a terrible time ordering in English and waited at least 20 minutes for my food. The second time I went, I decided to sit at a table and use the app to order online… BIG MISTAKE!!! After waiting 25 minutes, I talked to an employee to see what was taking my order so long. At 6:30 AM the Tim Hortons doors were closed (supposed to open at 6:00) and the waiter told us to use the driving way to order. She was complaining and treating us so badly that I would rate it with 1 star. Very disappointed.
